This everything you want in a hotel to explore Tiverton. The rooms are perfect - the most peaceful, comfortable experience I've ever had in a hotel. Everything about Premier Inn is all about a good night's sleep. Right next to the bus station and town centre into the bargain. Most of all, the staff are consistently wonderful - always above and beyond to make our stay pleasant. Highly recommended.

I haven’t rated the rooms as we didn’t stay overnight. This review is for a family breakfast in the Thyme Restaurant linked to the Premier Inn. We were a large group of 19. The staff (Vanessa, Tigan and Ash) were excellent at making us feel welcome and serving up delicious food. It was a very positive experience.

First time in this hotel- travelling to see family for the holidays. Signage and lifts easy to use, arrived at minus 1 so was easy to get to reception. |Greeted by a gentle man on reception, although polite not very chatty or no attempt to build report with us on check-in. |Room was nice size for what we needed, a few marks on the bedding however and dust above bed.|Breakfast very little selection for continental, ‘Hot Buffett’ was Luke warm and not a lot quantity of food. Havingworked for this company and industry . I know how the quality of standards should beHad to request a few items as had run out off. Felt that Breakfast staff could’ve tried to build a rapport. No decaff tea in room or breakfast, which I felt this could’ve been a little bonus. |On checkout receptionist helped to store our bags which was helpful as was adventuring for the day. |Overall impression, service and quality of facilities reflects in the price of what you pay for. Not suited fo the busine type person. Good for families

Recently stayed here after visiting the Polar Express, 2 adults and 2 children in a family room.|Staff are amazing and so helpful and there was a great welcome.|Room was spotless and very comfortable, hairdryer and coffee facilities were very welcomed.|The reception area has a table for you to grab extra milk, tea bags etc which was brilliant!|We booked for breakfast which was lovely, continental was lovely and food cooked to order.|A huge thank you to the lady that was working yesterday morning(I didn’t get her name), we were heading back to south wales in the storm and she was so kind! Will definitely stay again.

The hotel is kept nice and clean and the team are really helpful. Charlotte and Luis were on in the evening and they made sure I was well taken care of. Logan and Tyler in the night were also very nice when I went to the bar. Overall would come again!

My hotel stay was great, with a comfortable bed, quiet night's sleep, nice breakfast and friendly staff.||But the parking situation here is not great. There is no hotel car park and the adjacent council-run multi-storey car park charged me an extortionate £16 for 24 hours. Having searched around the town, I found somewhere free for my second night, but had to move my car quite early. I'm surprised the hotel can't offer a discount for the adjacent car park, which is common in many hotels in big cities I've stayed in. The high parking charges here aren't justified in such a small market town (lovely though it is)!

A great night in Tiverton. Staff very friendly. Rob the chef cooked our breakfast amazingly bacon perfect. Thank you to the chef again. A young lady on reception and setting up the restaurant very helpful and friendly. Staff real helpful and nice. Shops near by and lots of fun to be had at the premier inn. Bed very comfortable as well and room accessibility is brilliant.

Lovely stay at the Tiverton premier inn, we are retuning guest, we have stayed at this hotel many of times this year when visiting family.

Nothing is ever to much trouble, every member of staff is happy to help & always go the extra mile.

Parking is the only downfall but this is no fault of the hotels
