Premier inn has always been such a good choice for the comfort of the bed and pillows , now they have changed them I was so disappointed, I feel they downgraded them. I will be taking my own luxury pillow next time. ||The staff at Tring were nice and helpful and the room was clean. It was very convenient to have the restaurant next door. The service was quick and easy. The food was good and prices were great.

The staff were amazing and so friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and the hotel was nice and quiet. Would definitely recommend and come again. Good food and service at the Beefeater next door. Very restful sleep for my family. Free parking was an advantage.

Overall all very good. Nice hotel, with friendly staff, the Beefeater next door was also of a good quality. Booked a family room and the bed for my son was all made up and the room was of a good size. The only down side was there was some toothpaste on the bathroom floor and the bin hadn't been emptied, but otherwise was all ok.

Stayed on Wednesday night with our family. Great location close to Harry Potter studios and lovely clean and comfortable room at a great price.

The Beefeater staff were great despite the breakfast being under staffed. They were polite kind, helpful and hardworking.

Unfortunately, what brings the rating down was our welcome to the establishment. A woman with glasses and bobbed blond hair was not welcoming and was very rude. I hope know one goes there looking for any help or assistance. Having walked in and been ignored while she had a personal conversation with another member of staff she then barked “check in isn’t till 3”. We had wanted to ask about parking the car as we were early.

We needed a quick & good value overnight stop to watch a show at the Elaina theatre in Chesham. This PI was it. |Lovely Plus room, with a superbly comfortable bed, spotlessly clean throughout & nice hot shower. Staff were really nice as well.|We had an evening meal & breakfast at the Beefeater next door, both were good but our steak dinner especially so.|And the views over the Chiltern hills from the pub terrace were gorgeous.|All in all an excellent stay for less than £60 for the room. Fabulous… we will return ?

We stayed for one night between Zoo trips. The room was clean and cool (air conditioning was excellent) and Mushtaq on reception was superb. We actually had to move rooms due to a broken glass but Mushtaq made it very straightforward and even sorted out a little activity pack for my son who was a bit distressed. Will definitely be staying again, had a great night's sleep.

Stayed over for one nignt. the room was lovely and clean with comfy bed |We had a small issue with the room but it was quickly resolved by the staff at reception. The restaurant had a variety of food on offer and we had a nice breakfast. Overall an enjoyable stay.

wanted to be near whipsnade zoo and there were othe premier inns near by but this one had AIRCON. so this was a must for me. |booked a Premier inn PLUS ROOM. wow. amazing. had a homely feel so definitely more relaxing than the normal rooms. very clean and the extras of mini fridge was great as I brought 1 pint milk (don't like their milk)||bathroom clean and has 2 light settings. rainfall shower and the water was hot hot when needed. full power. ||bed comfy and pillows medium softness. ||t.v was great. lots of channels and HD I've stayed in rooms where t.v seems fuzzy picture. ||breakfast good value next floor (20.seconds walk) in the beefeater (restaurant not in actual hotel) cranberry juice wasn't nice so tried orange juice ..its tasted of grapefruit. so apple juice is ur best bet. Kids were free to eat when I stayed (August half term hols)||evening meals wernt the best. very basic. but fills the hunger hole. ||staff friendly and service both in the hotel and restaurant we're fab. |will go again|DEFINALTY RECCOMEND A " PLUS" ROOM
