We had a wonderful welcome by the staff in Ulverston! We were late arriving due to a very bad accident but they still made sure we all had a lovely dinner and a drink. |The rooms were clean and the beds very comfortable as always. |Breakfast was fantastic and plenty for everyone. Which is commendable with a large group as we were. The staff couldn’t do enough for us and were very friendly. I have to mention David Blackburn esp as he did all he could and made sure we were cared for. He even brought his son to the concert in Barrow. |The choir sang for the staff on the way out and we were waved off by all staff!

Really enjoyed our stay at Ulverston Premier Inn. The place is spotless. Good size car park. Check in was easy and quick. The room was very clean. The bed was good for me. Good size room. Shower was good with good body shampoo. Breakfast was amazing well worth it if your staying there. Will definitely be back now we know what it’s like.

From the moment we arrived to the moment we left the staff were amazing. Nothing was too much trouble, even for us wanting to change rooms. All staff were cheerful, helpful and knowledgeable. Special mentions to Janet and Julie for being always welcoming and friendly. We would definitely stay here again for further explorations into The Lake District. Well done !

Reliable premier inn standards, clean, tidy etc. This particular premier inn has got great parking and an added option to choose a room with a lovely view of a light house on the hill.
The room had air conditioning which was greatly appreciated as it can get hot at night in a family room with four bodies.
The restaurant had lovely little touches such as a display of preloved teddies that you can buy for a donation and a folder of colouring pages for kids to take.
It is located close to local amenities (a booths, petrol stations, pubs, shops and approx a 15minutes drive to Windermere.
A special mention to a lovely hotel worker called David Knox who was working in the restaurant. was always enthusiastic and happy to chat. He had a lovely with everyone.

Just spent an enjoyable weekend in the Lake District and this hotel was wonderful. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Staff were so friendly and helpful especially David the Manager who went out of his way to help when I left my glasses behind in Barrow! Cannot recommend this hotel enough.

Emily made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived.
Our room was clean and comfortable, with a gorgeous view of the Sir John Barrow Monument.
We could ask for a room clean at any point during our stay. Our room was a double with a view. It had a panel controlled thermostat, a nice sized TV, and tea and coffee station (refills were always available). There are lifts to the upper floor or stairs, and parking was always available with some undercover too (for those wetter days).
We had booked in for 3 nights, including breakfast. When it came to dinner, the staff were happy to upgrade us to include our evening meal as well. The food was always well cooked and presented. Thank you to Emma, Mike, and Helen, and the menu had some very tasty options. It was really lovely to chat with the hotel staff, all of whom were really friendly and happy to accommodate any of our requests. Emily would always enquire as to where we had been that day. It was a fantastic opportunity to revisit our day trips. We enjoyed our stay so much that we decided to extend it. Our request was easily accommodated, which was awesome.
Thank you to all the staff for making our stay an enjoyable and memorable one! We will hopefully see you again.

Stayed here for 2 nights while visiting the area. Comfy hotel with bar, dining & plenty of parking. We had breakfast here, which was buffet style but still hot & plenty of choice. It's close to the cattle market, but we never experienced any smells in or around the hotel. Would stay here again as it's an easy drive to the beach's or windermere & Lake District

Went with a choir of 80+ people, choristers and their wives. Very friendly staff and good organisation on arrival. Very clean and comfortable room. David was especially attentive & went above & beyond to help. He also came to support us at one of our concerts
