Stayed here for a night and had a great night's sleep, self-check in and out process is smooth and efficient although I do find the ever decreasing lack of human interaction concerning. That aside it was a great location and clean, with a station of extra brew supplies available if needed.

Stayed here a few times for business. Fairly standard Premier Inn, nothing really to complain about but could do with a bit of an update. Parking used to be free, but a payment machine has now been installed. Finding a space also isn’t easy as the car park always seems over capacity, with cars often parking on the kerb near the entrance. There is a business park directly across the road where you can park overnight with no issue and for free, but not sure if this would be acceptable during the daytime. Location is quiet, but very far from any shops or restaurants - there’s nothing within walking distance, so you have to drive, which makes the introduction of parking fees seem even more disingenuous. On my most recent stay, there was a queue for check-in - the automated check-in was out of order and only one member of staff was on reception. Other members of staff walked past, but nobody manned the second check-in desk.

Room is nice….. That’s all….|Restaurant ran out of the following:|Fish, pizza, pies & curry…. WTH? |Premier plus Room didn’t get cleaned even though it was asked for……|Restaurant staff don’t really want to be working there it’s clear to see.|The front desk staff were riding bikes in the foyer, swearing and generally being idiots on our arrival. |Think there should be an internal investigation carried out as it’s a bit of a joke for people that have paid a decent amount to stay here!!

Warwick Premier Inn rooms are wonderful!

The restaurant next door is so busy you will wait a LONG time between food and drinks for no fault of the staff but Premier Inn not employing enough staff.

They are ALL super friendly, helpful.

Magde was the best.

The room was clean. While we have been here for 4 nights in February. The hotel have been short staffed. On the first morning, there was no pastries at breakfast. On second morning, no bread, no porridge, the tea/coffee machine was not working, no milk. The hot food, I had to ask them to top up the beans, because there ran out. The second night we were there, we ate at the pub at the hotel. We waited over an hour for our food, in that time they had only brought chicken gougons and drinks out. They did end up wavering the cost of the whole meal, because of the bad service. I would not recommend this hotel. We will not be staying here again. We stop at a lot of premier inns, and they are normally nice. This is the worse we have stopped at. It is a shame because Warwick is a lovely area and the location is great, near Warwick Castle.

We couldn't fault the hotel from start to finish of our stay. The rooms were clean, the beds comfy, the evening meal tasty, and the breakfast plentiful. A big shout out to the restaurant staff on Thursday evening, who were rushed off their feet but still had a smile on their faces and a kind word for everyone.|Well done Warwick.

Fast friendly check in and clean comfortable rooms in a nice location convenient for Warwick. Why only 2 stars? Because when I checked in at 6pm I wasn’t told the earliest available restaurant table was 10:15pm, meal deal abandoned and took the Just Eat gamble, shame as premier in restaurants and check in information is usually great.

We have stayed in this hotel twice a year since it opened and sadly it seems to have gone downhill. It has added luxury rooms, which are good, but our problem is with the restaurant. On our last visit in September '24 the kitchen ran out of most food and we were only offered a curry, rice and naan bread. On this occasion the kitchen was obviously very short staffed (as was the waiting staff). Our table had been booked for the wrong time. We waited approximately 45 minutes for our food. When it was served it was inedible and badly presented. Other guests were complaining that their food was cold. Finally the harassed waitress apologised to everyone and didn't charge for food or drink. This is just not good enough when we had been attending a trade show, walking all day, and just wanted to relax rather than have to drive to a restaurant.
