Nice clean room, good location and plenty of parking (which is free, just enter reg at reception). I only stayed the 1 night but my sleep was disturbed from kids running down the corridor and staff clanging and banging ironing boards around against my door (it sounded like). I'd stay again but I'll ask for a quiet, end-of-corridor if returning.

A typically good standard Premier Inn, the rooms are fabulous, spacious and well appointed and the adjacent Beefeater restaurant - which i gather is part of the equity company that owns premier inn etc - was fantastic. The quality of food and service at this Beefeater restaurant is extremely good and well worth paying Premier inn for a meal deal, for the money, it's bang on.||If i had to be critical - the lady on reception as I left 10/01/25 08:30 ... really would it be too much trouble for a smile and a good morning, or hey was everything alright thanks for coming, not just sit there like a dummy and ignore good customers! Otherwise all good. I've worked in a customer facing front of the shop role for over 40 years so I know what i'm on about. Would it hurt to give a smile and a thank you how are you.!!

Most comfy bed that I've ever stayed in had the best night sleep. Hotel was lovely and quiet.... staff were really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great value for money too. I will definitely come and visit again soon xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

We had to wait well over an hour for food in the restaurant however Yvonne was amazing. She kept us up to date with the problems. She was so friendly and helpful always smiling. So cheery again at breakfast and she knew we had a 5 hour journey home and gave us a bag to take some pastries with us. We stay in lots of premier inns on our travels and Yvonne is definitely the loveliest lady we've met. Thank you Yvonne xx

A fantastic stay - our first in a hotel with our new baby. The staff were friendly, professional and went above and beyond to look after us ensuring we had a suitable room for a new born and additional extra such as more pillows. ||The room was clean and well equipped. Overall a great stay.

A very tired looking room that smelt of smoke and was in urgent need of a re fit . The corridor was creeking and bustling up to midnight with kids running up and down and people calling out to each other. Parking was good on a positive note. Staff were nice at reception

I dont often leave reviews however , the staff here are amazing. For work we use alot of premier Inns which are great in the own way but this one stands out purley for the loveliness of the staff this extends to the resturant. Being away from home is tough at the best of times and having polite and helpful staff helps massivley. Thank you to all of the jolly happy team here you make our days being away from home that little bit easier
