I stayed here for one night prior to attending a show. I honestly can say I have never felt so unsafe staying in a "hotel". Let's start with the rooms ...very basic (which didn't bother me as only there for one night) but very outdated and smelt old. The bathroom had lots of cracks and a very noisy toilet. The beds were not the most comfortable and creaked with every little movement. When I arrived I decided to order some food to pick up outside in the hotel car park, when I went to collect the food from someone who asked if I was waiting for a delivery, to not be handed my kebab that I was waiting for but a bag of drugs!!! The guy shot off very quickly when I said no I was here for a kebab ( yes it sounds funny, but at the time as a single female, it scared the life out of me). Back in the room with the doors firmly locked, the people next to me were in and out of their room smoking weed outside their room and making a lot of noise. The walls are so thin you could of sworn they were in the same room as me. At first I wasn't bothered by the noise or the smell but then what sound like a massive group of people came and were so loud and more weed was being smoked and the smell was absolutely unbelievable. This went on until the early hours of the morning and finally someone from the hotel (which I had no idea anyone was even around or that you could contact someone if there was a problem) came and threw them out. As a parting gesture these lovely people smashed the fire alarm system, causing it to mal-function so every time it was reset it went off again. So after standing on the balcony with other people staying there for what seemed like a very long time it was finally sorted.||I can honestly say, I will never ever stay at this "hotel", hostel, halfway house again and I would strongly advise anyone thinking of staying here, pay a little more extra and stay somewhere else!

Horrific experience! We booked two rooms at this place in May. The photos on the website looked fine and we expected something like a Travel lodge or budget accommodation. We have never been as shocked in our lives! The place is really creepy it is laid out individual units all with separate entrances. There are metal shutters outside the windows like you see in shop fronts when they close for the evening. We couldn't imagine what that type of security was for. The rooms were very dirty and smelt horribly musty and there was a strong smell of cigarettes. There are front doors into the rooms from the outside and there is a large gap under the front doors where a rodent could easily get in. My son sat on his bed and the materss went sliding off the side of the base. There was no heating in his room and it was really cold. The sheets smelt like they had not been changed. The rooms are dark and gloomy and in a serious need of lots of repair work. The laminate covering is coming off the built in furniture and the whole place could defiantly do with a paint job. We were so horrified we left the keys in the rooms and left. We did not want to have to go back into the place. I emailed the property and explained and asked for a refund. We booked into a near buy hotel which for €20 more per night was amazing value. It was like going from a slum into the Ritz Hotel. As we were there for medical appointments I didn't contact the property again until we got home. I emailed again and the manager eventually got back to me but there was no refund being offered. We had booked for 2 nights they could at least have offered us one night refund I thought. We also had to pay for the two nights at the second normal hotel. I usually leave good reviews but in this case I would really like to warn other future guests that this place is uninhabitable and we were never so happy to get out of there as fast as possible.

Hotel was easy to find and the car park was large. Reception check-in was excellent and Alan was very efficient and really friendly. Made me feel very welcome. The hotel rooms are clean and warm and exactly what I would expect from this type of hotel. Bed was comfortable and I slept well. I would definitely stay he again if I was in the area.

Straight from checking-in the member of staff (Alan) was really welcoming, hospitable and helpful. Great service and I hadn't even been to my room yet. 🙂
His local knowledge was much appreciated, helping to decide where to have my dinner.
Okay, so you pay a pretty standard/basic price, you should expect what you get. This place exceeds a couple of Hotels in Coventry who charge more. On this basis I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it!! 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

Wouldn’t book with them again!
There’s room for so much improvement starting with one basic thing which is cleanliness! There were lots of stains on the bed sheets, and the toilet seat. The room smelled funny and was too cold as the heater wasn’t warm enough to warm up a tiny room. The rooms are too old and the walls are built so thin that we couldn’t sleep because of the guy coughing constantly from next door. At last we decided to leave and spend the night somewhere else because it was impossible trying to fall sleep in such place and situation. What a waste of money!

Small, motel-style room but scrupulously clean and a comfortable bed. I needed somewhere near University Hospital in an emergency as my son was taken in for an operation and this was perfect. The only reason it didn't get 5 stars is because there were no accessible plugs in the room and I couldn't charge my phone

Yes this is a budget hotel but everywhere was spotlessly clean. Mum and I just needed somewhere inexpensive to stay where there was plenty of parking and close to The University of Warwick Hospital as my daughter had a long stay of 6 weeks there and being 4 hours away from home we could not have coped with travelling there and back in a day. All the staff were friendly and approachable and professional. We are back again for two more visits during the coming weeks. So for a budget friendly no frills place to stay in would certainly recommend this one.

good price but although I had paid already via expedia had to to still use a credit card for pre authorisation, then details of the car and other forms and forms to verify who i was to avoid the car parking charges, The room was clean but due to covid did not have china cups. This was previously a campanille hotel, I researched and this company is now a part of a chinese group. The room I felt looked a bit dated and needs fresh ning up but clean. The first night I heard people arguing and fighting, I looked outside I could see nothing, when i enquired the next advised it was from Mcdonalds. The second night ok, What is good is it is near a bus stop. When Ichecked out i was not asked for my credit card which after contacting expeia advised it would be reversed, this took some time
