As a base the location of The presidential Apartments is very central, only a 5 minute walk to Earls court tube station ( even with a broken foot) The apartments themselves are compact, but contain everything a couple require ( we had a 1 bed apartment), the bed was comfortable and we had no problems sleeping, there was some outside noise occasionally plus there was some noise from other apartments, nothing over loud just footsteps, nothing unusual and it didn’t interfere with us at all. Every member of staff from housekeeping to front of house, were friendly professional, and extremely helpful. We stayed for two weeks and if we ever return to England we would stay here in a heart beat. It was a very pleasant experience and we were able to visit family and friends with ease.

My second time staying here and will definitely be back next time I'm in London. The staff are always so friendly and helpful, and really make you feel welcome. The rooms are compact, but they have everything you need. Beds are super comfy too! And the location just can't be beaten. A few mins walk to Earls Court tube makes it super easy to get to and from Heathrow airport.||Alex at reception was a legend, always greeting us with a smile. And the doorman was always there to give a helping hand with our luggage and just generally be on hand to help out with whatever we needed.

A very clean and conveniently situated apartment hotel with fully equipped units. They have a small bathroom, kitchen, lounge with a sleeper-couch, and a double bed . It was super easy to get to from Earl's court underground station, and there are restaurants and an M&S just around the corner. The staff are excellent and very friendly. My only complaint was that the cupboards looked a bit worn and could do with a bit of a sprucing up, and the blinds were old and being short, i was unable to use them as the cable was out of my reach. We also overlooked a lovely little park, which was very pleasant.

Great location. Only 2 minutes from Earls Court Underground station and a few convenience stores and pubs.||The room is small but cozy. There is a washer/dryer which is great and fridge and good TV. Bed is uncomfortable as they have joined two together and you can feel the join underneath you.||Bathroom is so tiny that one can barely use it for its function.||Breakfast the first day was lovely, warm and fresh but arrived cold each subsequent day.||Also... Fire alarm went off in the middle of the night and guests were left to panic as weren't informed it was a false alarm. Also staff too busy smoking outside the hotel to open doors for guests which is just rude.||All in all a good hotel but only because of the location and the fact that its good for London. If it was elsewhere it would be average at best.

We had a first floor studio apartment. Very clean and comfortable. Perfect for the 3 of us. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful -- eager to answer our questions. Two blocks from Earls Court Underground Station. One block from grocery store, shops and restaurants. Our kitchenette had everything we needed. Great value. Would definitely stay there again.

The hotel location is awesome, five mins to Piccadilly and district line, three mins to M&S foods. The room is big, ceiling height is very high which is super comfy. The fully equipped kitchen including oven, microwave, dish washer, washing machine, fridge and plates so basically can really cook there and daily cleaning service makes the stay more comfy. Highly recommend

The location and room amenities of these serviced apartments is excellent. We have stayed many times and keep returning because everything you require is provided. Additionally, it is reassuring to have reception staff 24 hours in case of anything arising. On our most recent stay we needed assistance with a couple of things and Alex at the front desk was absolutely brilliant, he went out of his way to help with our enquries and meet our requests as quickly as possible, nothing was too much trouble; Earls Court tube station and local M&S/Co-op and restaurants are a 2 minute walk yet the apartments are in a quiet residential area with no street noise to speak of. Inside the building rooms are well sound proofed and quiet, rarely seeing other guests although there are 50 rooms.||Several of the rooms we have stayed in over recent years would benefit from new curtains or blinds, some are tired and worn. These are minor details in the grand scheme of things but actually inexpensive to put right and would enhance the rooms along with a cafetiere coffee maker in all rooms.||Overall a great stay once again and we will return.
