I tried to get a membership today and it was like getting blood out of a stone. The lady on reception with short blonde hair was unhelpful with a bad attitude. Perhaps she was having a bad day but I get the feeling this is how she carries herself and this is not ok.

Great Vibe and Atmosphere for all! The food is delicious and filling..you get what you pay for. love the name too...'Off Court' very clever and catchy! Great place for a day out and a bit of exercise. 5 stars for sure

To say I am shocked this place has any members is an understatement. The entrance greets you with a smell of fried food which doesn’t exactly promote ‘health club’. The premises is extremely tired and run down, it’s cold, uninviting and has very poor equipment. The changing room facilities are dirty and poolside is too. The ‘studio’ is a rickety old room with a 2002 hifi system with an area screened off with a load of junk behind! Chipped paintwork throughout, broken skirting, stained carpets, old bits of furniture and ladders propped up here and there. This place is in need of gutting and refurbishment … in total shock of what I have seen, I wouldn’t go here if someone paid me too!

I visited for the regular naturist swim on a Sunday evening, whilst it's great that they hold this event I found the swimming facilities and changing rooms to be quite tired and scruffy. On a par with a mediocre council leisure centre, not what I would expect from a hotel health club. Being a naturist event I was able to utilise both male and female changing rooms and found them both very similar condition and in need of refurbishment.

Second time we have been here for a spa day! Really lovely and relaxing. Great value, especially the pamper day package with food included. Will definitely be coming back as it is so convenient and easy to get too!

Been using the facilities for 5 weeks now. All good so far. However steam room lacks maintenance and regular cleaning (seats are slimy). Sauna ceiling needs fixing. Writing review to see if these get fixed before my membership runs out. Staff friendly. If there's one thing I miss from other spa's it's a jacuzzi/hot tub. Booking process using app is perfect with reminders when sessions are going to start. Would update to 5 star if maintenance changes.

The pool is still booked on a 45 minute session basis as during Covid times, using an app (Clublink) and can get busy at times. However, the gym has full access now with booking only required for classes. Static bikes with touch screens are somewhat problematic when running specific training programs - often finishing early without any warning. Changing room showers looking tired and in need of some attention - triple shower never drains quickly enough when fully occupied.
