FOUZIA IS HORRIBLE ____

I have been service today 15/10/2024 at this crawley branche by person named Fouzia at the till around 9:30, I ask if the pastry is warm, she replied saying no all our pastries are cold with angry face and horrible attitude.

I said I have an allergy....she said all our pastries are cold..?

This is just unbelievable, she didn't even care about my allergy and kept saying cold pastries.

This has to be my new best favourite coffee shop in Crawley. The manager is excellent, and it reflects in the team. This coffee shop has by far the best customer service compared to all of the coffee shops in Crawley. The coffee tasted better than popular high street stores. It's clean, the level of customer service is literally some of the best I have experienced in Crawley, I've lived here for 26 years. I was totally blown away by this team, I left this shop feeling alot happier than I was. Here's to customer service on a SUPERIOR LEVEL . Thank you guys for the very special effort you make to making sure the customer is satisfied and happy. It's a rare thing these days and I hope the management recognises and appreciates you all because as a customer I do. BEST COFFEE SHOP IN CRAWLEY ?

Went in to have a look around and ending up buying something. Got to checkout and cashier was waiting for a price check and was quite happily chatting to customer. Meanwhile check out queue was getting longer. There were staff walking around not necessarily doing anything. Why couldn't they get help on the tills

Love a Pret A Manger, always a great selection of sandwiches, baguettes and wraps, location in The Martletts, my go to place for lunch, great coffee and I love there tuna salad baguette.

Like most have said, great coffee, great food, good atmosphere, good service... the reason for the 4 stars is because the WiFi is terrible. It's slow, it keeps cutting out and just a terrible experience when I want to answer some emails while I grab a coffee

Return visit,as usual excellent service and food.both of us have mobility issues, and the staff are brilliant, definitely would recommend pret& MANGER.
