I definitely would not recommend going to this place. They have a price on the price list that says full acrylic nail set for 28 pounds, but after you're finished with your nails, they'll come up with new prices that they decide themselves, which will be over 33 to 38 pounds.

They can't speak English well enough to understand what you're saying, they do exactly as they want, and if you have something to say or are dissatisfied with the nails, it doesn't help to tell them. They won't listen to you anyway; the only thing they'll do is come up with reasons why they did it the way they did.

The work they do is not good at all, although there are some who do it very well and carefully in the salon. But there's a LADY there who wants to sit there and dictate to them. I have been there 3 times now so i do have experience with those ppl.

So you don't get to choose who you want to do your nails. I absolutely do not recommend going there; you'll just waste your money.

Wouldn’t recommend.
Unprofessional, don’t have any hygiene, loud. I needed to keep looking how they was doing my nails , because they was uneven , and needed to ask can they do them even..
they don’t speak English properly so when u saying what you want you won’t get it . I was asking for red nails “simple red nails” a was saying it 5 times and still didn’t get red nails . 😀

I always come here and usually love it however I came today and was disappointed, the man doing my nails wasn’t friendly and made a few comments etc blamed me for moving my nails when I said they weren’t done right when I didn’t - really put a downer on my day as it was my only few hours baby free. Bare this in mind when you’re hostile and angry at customers it’s not a nice situation and made me feel upset and awkward. Even when I said thank you he said nothing and didn’t say anything once I’d paid and left. Makes me not want to return which is a shame as I’ve been a customer for a few years.

Brilliant place and good nail designs but will not be going here again I got my nails done 2 weeks ago and 3 of my nails have snapped right in half and when I asked about a refund was told they don’t do them, considering I payed over £40 for them and they haven’t even lasted 2 weeks without breaking I think deserves at least a refund. I got the nails refunded for free but travel is not cheap and I don’t live close enough where it’s a 5 min journey it’s at least 45 minutes. The staff are lovely but not very happy with the nails breaking and no refund of money. Another thing was that I booked an appointment before hand to get the nails done and needed to be at home for 4 and I had to wait an hour after the appointment and didn’t get home till 4:30 when the appointment was booked for 12.

Just moved to area. Had acrylics and gels. Already less than one week it begins to chip off. I came back asked for gel to be replaced, same colour, only 1 week later. Was told no *gels only last one week. Which is wrong. Always my gels last 3-4 week at every other shop I've ever been to. Won't ever come back

Really happy with the service in the shop and my nails were amazing and lasted for just over a month with no chipping in any of the colour and helps that the staff are all lovely too! The only place I’ll go for my nails since I moved to Bristol
