Prickly Pear catered our wedding - we chose a vegetarian feast featuring canapés, a risotto and a duo dessert of brownies and cheesecake. Jane was so helpful in planning, not only the food, but the rest of our day. Her advice and experience was invaluable. She also helped us to coordinate tableware and toast drinks.
The menu was so creative, including a delicious salad - something I didn’t know was possible! We had so many compliments on the food after the day. It was both beautiful and delicious and eaten so quickly that I didn’t even get a photo! Would highly recommend a tasting session - purely as an opportunity to taste the food twice!

I am just going to reiterate all the other 5* reviews. Jane and the Prickly Pear team were incredible for our wedding a few weeks ago. The best decision we could have made. Literally the most delicious food (we went for the Persian Feast), I could eat it over and over again, and so many people commented on it afterwards. Jane was so helpful in the run up, answering my many (many!) questions and on the day everything ran so smoothly I didn't have to worry, or even think, about anything to do with catering. Her staff also ran our bar. They made our requested cocktails, dealt wonderfully with our tipsy guests and even brought baskets of alcohol across the venue when an impromptu game of cricket started up. I literally cannot thank them enough for helping make our wedding day so special and memorable.

Prickly Pear are just fantastic. We recently hired them to cater our wedding opting for the Persian Feast. The food was superb, everyone commented on how amazing it was. It was also was presented so beautifully that it was like it's own table decoration.
Jane was also extremely helpful when it came to deciding timings, ordering crockery, serving drinks etc. And expertly handled the random array of dietary requirements that we had!

Going with Prickly Pear Catering was the single best decision we made for our wedding!!

We got married at Tall John's House in the Brecon Beacons, a venue they know well. We had the Persian Feast, which was a massive hit on the day with all the guests. We absolutely loved this along with the delicious canapes and deserts, they esured everyone was well fed. We also had bonus day out to do a tasting menu which I would highly recommend!

Jane and Lou were incredibly organised, were able to help us out staffing the bar and all the extra things we wouldn't have thought of to make the day run smoothly. Dyl ran the bar with such a friendly and laid back manner. We had so many nice comments from friends and family afterwards, not only how delicious the food was, but also how friendly the staff were. In the run up to the wedding, Jane and Lou were so organised, we knew we were going to be well looked after.

We genuinely couldn't recommend them highly enough, they were incredible and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them!!

Jane and her team catered our wedding in Monmouthshire. You will not find a caterer more friendly and focused on high quality delicious food !! We had some amazing sharing platters and many commented it was the best food they had ever had at a wedding or a large event. The butterflied bbq lamb was the most delicious and succulent main ever and everything served up was to die for! Jane was able to provide other services as well including bar staff and all of her staff were incredibly professional.

Jane and her team exceeded our expectations for our wedding in July. The food was even better then during our tasting (who knew!) and all of our guests (especially the vegans who were excellently catered for) loved it!
