Best Shearings hotel. Staff so pleasant and willing to help. Pete the chef went out of his way to provide alternative meals when I struggled with the menu. Really obliging. Great cook. Food always perfectly presented. Well done Pete. !!!! Coach driver Ray (happy days) made our trips so much fun with his banter and funny stories. Best holiday we've ever had.

Nice Hotel, well laid out with a good selection of bedrooms and areas to relax in. Meals provided are varied each evening with an excellent breakfast which sets you up for the day you can't go wrong. You are made welcome by the staff who are very helpful. A bit disappointed on arriving on a Friday that no entertainment was programmed but it was made up for on the Saturday night by the entertainer Simon and all round singer whose repertoire was second to none, he was excellent and could take off many singers in your Tribute Weekends. With a large car park this Hotel is ideal for touring the surrounding area's.

Had a lovely 5 days. I would like to thank Melanie and all her staff for such good service, nothing was too much trouble. Food good, rooms clean. The entertainment was excellent and it was a bonus that Simon Kelly sang on Thursday evening.

Just had a lovely 3 day self drive break,the hotel is clean and well kept throughout,the staff all very pleasant our bedroom was spacious well decorated with comfortable beds. The break was very good value for money the evening meals tasty and sufficient quantity well presented and served, the buffet breakfast was well cooked and had a reasonable choice

We stayed at Bay Prince of Wales for three days over the New Year. The rooms were very comfortable and warm, light and airy. The food was outstanding and there was plenty of it. The staff were friendly, polite and simply could not do enough for our group. All in all the 14 of us had a wonderful time and I could recommend the hotel highly enough.

Booked this short break with Shearings. The hotel was a bit isolated but this was more than compensated for by the excellent service provided. The food was extremely good. Overall standard of the hotel was above what we expected.
Our coach driver was very helpful and extremely knowledgeable and the included trips were very enjoyable. Would recommend this hotel to anyone wishing to explore the Cotswolds area. Extremely good value for money.
