Sue and Jonathan (proprietors) are amazing. Warm friendly welcome, accommodation is just perfect, clean and tidy, breakfast was awesome. We were cooked a full English, choice of cereals, fresh fruit was prepared for us, toast and bread was served along with a choice of jams etc. Accommodation includes a warm with ensuite with great views in a very quiet location. We had private access to the most amazing kitchen diner and area to sit and relax on sofas with a nice outlook. Yes, you get a room and access to your own kitchen area. Fantastic especially for the price. I really cannot fault it and my partner and I had the most amazing time. We would most definitely stay again if visiting Bath. Accommodation is a short walk to a bus stop and then a 20 minute ride into Bath centre. Idyllic location with a great restaurant down the road called the Northey Arms.

Beautiful cottage in the middle of nowhere. The cottage has modern refurb, but hasn't lost the traditional feel. Hosts were really friendly and the breakfast carts to all tastes ( although the full English had no beans).
Would recommend if you're looking for a quiet spot.
