We stayed on a Saturday night with our dog. On arrival we received a very friendly greeting and tea in the drawing room. The barn only has two rooms. We stayed in the twin bed room downstairs which had a fabulous bathroom. Our breakfast was very nice and once again we were very pleasantly received by the owners who are a lovely couple. Our dog was allowed in the drawing room & dining room. Outside there is a pretty garden & orchard plus secure parking. The village pub, The Bull, is nearby and a great place to eat. The barn does have restrictions but they are mentioned on the owners website. Lovely peaceful place to stay.

The most amazing setting, beautiful house, wooden beams everywhere, rustic, totally charming, huge field of apple trees just in front of the house, Benenden is a charming village. Our hosts were very friendly, gave us a delicious breakfast and kindly reserved us a restaurant for dinner. Dog friendly - our dog travelled with us and was allowed in our room. The apple field was great for the early morning dog walk. Easy and secure parking in front of the house. I would hesitate to stay here again, really fabulous.

We stayed one night at the perfectly located Pullington Barn as part of a little tour we were making of the Home Counties,The owners are the perfect hosts - non-fussy, caring and have obviously been in the trade for many years. The barn itself it beautifully designed (by the hostess herself) and the guest bedrooms are tastefully designed & decorated. We were greeted so warmly and were then left to our own devices. We had freedom to relax in the splendid living room which - whilst still part of the owners accommodation - is comfort personified especially on a cold winter's evening. Breakfast was delicious - if they have any of their homemade apple compote you must try some. All in all it was the perfect start to our week. It's not a huge abode but that adds to its quintessential elegance for a couples' excursion. We'd love to see the roses and apple orchard in full bloom so we will be back!

Being greeted with tea overlooking the garden is a most lovely welcome. We had the twin upstairs, very comfortable with all essentials present. Breakfast was just the right amount, well presented and well cooked. ||Hosts were keen to ensure a great stay without being overly fussy. Good parking and good location for Sissinghurst and Great Dixter.

We were lucky enough to be booked into Pullington Barn for a night for a friend's big birthday party and the place is a delight. The hosts are friendly, warm and discreet and offered us tea and biscuits on arrival. The room was clean and very comfortable. Best of all the breakfast was delicious and there was lots of it! I highly recommend this B and B to anyone needing to stay near Cranbrook. Many thanks to Gavin and Ann.

We stayed at the Barn in summer of 2015. We found the room to be clean if not a bit cluttered with knickknacks and books. The twin beds were adequate but far from plush. The pillows were dismal and we ended up buying a couple to use during our stay. The linens and towels definitely need replacement. While they claimed to be pet friendly (our sole reason for choosing the Barn) they were anything but. Our extremely well behaved dog which we keep leashed, was only allowed to be in the bedroom. This made the rest of the home off limits to us. Annoyingly, they have "hours" which the room and home is off limits to those staying there. This seems very odd considering our luggage was in our room and we would have liked to freshen up for dinner after a day of sightseeing and perhaps rest in the heat of the afternoon. ||While the Barn had a lovely garden which we would have enjoyed sitting in with the dog, the door was kept closed and locked. The only place for the dog was the bedroom or an overgrown orchard. ||While we were there, the Internet was down making the nights a bit long since we had no television in our room and no access to the sitting room since the dog was not allowed there.||All in all we found the rules to be a bit strange.

We enjoyed our 3 nights with Gavin and Anne tremendously. The barn, a unique building , sympathetically converted, is extremely comfortable and interesting., Our hosts, Gavin and Anne were charming and most welcoming. ||Comfy beds , good breakfast. Plenty of books and magazines , lovely surroundings.||There was one small concern when we received our confirmation of booking, it was stated that the house would be closed to visitors between breakfast and 4.30pm unless an extra £5.00 per person was paid. This was not a problem for us as we were very occupied for the entire day, but had we known before paying a deposit we may have reconsidered booking this B&B. ||In the eventuality ,we would have missed a delightful few days at Pullington Barn.

Wonderful hosts, wonderful home! Simply beautiful B&B, where every vista is a feast for the eyes. After a hectic day touring the area you can sink into the comfy couches in the lounge and either read from the hosts library or watch TV whilst enjoying a cuppa or sit outside in the colourful rambling cottage garden.|Large bedroom with a large comfy bed, large bathroom with both a bath and a separate shower.|Perfect|
