Granted we ordered on a Friday and it was Valentines but the Saag we ordered didn't arrive with our delivery. We called to convey this and the lady we spoke to asked us to come and collect it instead. When we went to collect the saag, the lady did apologise and said she was alone handling lots of orders on a busy day but this isn't enough in the way of compensating someone when you've delayed their meal and then asked them to come and collect it. As the meal was further delayed by this some of the party decided to eat their meal the next day. We put this food in the fridge and when it came to opening it this afternoon found that the naans are burnt. It's disappointing to think that they thought it was acceptable to not only send this to a customer but charge them for it too. Poor service and quality and zero accountability.

Been there 2nd time today and have to say overall experience is excellent. Amazing food and friendly staff. Feel like you been to visit any relatives. It’s very homely. Freshly made food and not much oily. Lots of parking outside but you have to register your registration into the screen inside the restaurant. It’s clearly mentioned at entrance door. Don’t miss it otherwise you will get parking fine at your house by post. Will be visiting again soon.

Order for delivery through just eat. First order was late for 45 minutes. Ordered shahi paneer and they sent totally different item. Big chunks of onion and peppers in side and paneer was raw. Tandoori roti was undercooked and tarka daal was too runny looked like soup.food quality was not like restaurant quality. Not looking forward to ordering again.

I ordered food . Every dish was a disappointment. The restaurant had good efforts to pack things well. Food was served hot.
But the taste , worst ever .
Please be careful while hiring chef. Because the taste of food is what makes you attracts customer or lose them .

It was my first time visiting this place, and believe me they have the best chole bhature in Coventry. Highly recommended if you are looking for Indian taste in the UK. The service was outstanding as well, food was delicious. Supppperrrrrrr!!!

Ordered over the phone to take away. The lady was so kind and polite. upon arrival had to wait a short while but we were kept updated the lady behind the counter even got My mother and I a drink while we wait. The food was spot on.
The paneer pizza wasn't to heavy nor was it greasy I definitely will be coming back.

It's Good Food , reasonable price with a good variety of punjabi dishes. We tried Amritsari kulcha. It's worth it.
