As always my cut, colour and blow dry with Charmaine were outstanding. She has a great instinct for what works and also listened to what I wanted to achieve from the appointment. Furthermore the salon is welcoming and friendly, and for the level of service you receive, excellent value for money.

Jenna is worth her weight in gold! She has worked her magic yet again and I am incredibly happy with the results. She has taken my hair from very heavily box dyed black to a beautiful soft brunette.
Everyone at Pure are welcoming, friendly and always open to giving above and beyond advice.

It was the first time I was getting my son’s hair cut in Colchester (I’ve been to Pure before) and his hair is curly so was a bit anxious. But he was treated so well - he was given a hot choc and some biscuits at the end and Brooke was very good with him and also cut it how I wanted it. My son said that he loved the experience (even having his hair washed!!). Thank you.

I had my first appointment with Jenna today after being recommended. She’s very friendly and made me feel at ease straight away. Jenna cut and styled my hair so nice! She really took her time and put effort into styling my hair for me after my cut and I love it so much x

Visiting Pure is always a pleasure.
All the staff are so welcoming, friendly and professional.
Charmaine is so good at colouring & cutting and has an amazing wealth of experience and trains her staff so well. Jasmine has been training the last year with Charmaine & Nic’s guidance and knowledge & has turned out to be a great hairdresser. Jas has been cutting my hair for a while now and cuts it so well.
I have always enjoyed and been pleased with any beauty treatments I have had. Sian and the beauty team are so good and such lovely girls. It all makes for a lovely feeling of being pampered.

Im new to the area and was recommended this hairdressers. This is my 3rd visit here and each time I've had such a pleasurable and relaxing experience. The girls are so lovely and listen to exactly how you want your hair. They have done wonders with my hair and i now feel happy with my new look!! Definitely recommend.. I came in today to have my nails and eyebrows done with Jo. Always fantastic! She knows exactly how I like them done and what colours I prefer. Then realised I had made an error by not washing my hair before coming (going out in evening) and not supposed to get nails or brows wet! Not a problem… was treated to a fantastic wash and blow dry!
As my husband said when I got home, ‘That’s not just a hairdressers, it’s a whole wellness experience!’ He is so right!
