Pure spa at Birmingham Was lovely service, polite staff they made us feel very welcome and comfortable walking in, Natasha gave me the best back, neck and shoulder massage and feel more relaxed and chill ,will definitely be back!

Gorgeous. My massage was excellent and left me relaxed with a lot of relief. Una is very skillful and knowledgeable. I would recommend to book a treatment with Una. I will definitely be booking more treatments with her. Thanks Una

I had booked 2 x 40 minute massages, one for my mum and the other for my wife, one after each other. They enjoyed the massage but were short timed as they each only got 30 minutes each because, they use the 10 minutes to turnaround the rooms, let the previous person leave and the next one arrive. So it’s not a 40 minute treatment as stated in their website, but 30 minutes. They should advertise it as 30 minutes and leave 5-10 minutes between each person. Instead they book each client to the minute not giving the therapist time to even take a break for themselves. I’d assume they treat everyone the same, but we used the code SMS20 for 20% off so maybe that’s why they short times us as well.

I have had a fraudulent charge on my card from this spa and contacted them to get details on who made the charge a month ago so i could take it to the police and they have not provided any details and are no longer responding to my emails. Do not use this spa as I suspect that a staff member is responsible as they would have no issue withholding this information if it wasn’t.

I am in contact with both your staff at birmingham and your general manager across the UK and i’m getting ignored at all fronts so don’t act like this is being resolved. Your spa are thieves and the police will be in contact with you directly soon.
