Attended the PURE spa and Beauty with my wife today, travelling down from London.

We were greeted by Eivon, who delivered exceptional customer service. We saw several other colleagues on site who were also happy to see us and up for conversation.

We were shown to the "relax room" where we could have tea/coffee or water at your choice. We were then taken to our therapy rooms, which had a perfect ambience to them. Both massages were great and made us both feel incredibly relaxed.

We then both used the Sauna as part of our buy-a- gift voucher.

Things I would recommend to the company:
1. Provide an additional package where the swimming pool is already included within the price. People are likely to spend this money on the voucher as opposed to paying on the day.
2. Enhance signage in the hotel to get down to you - minor, but we didn't have a clue where to go.

I was gifted a voucher for this Spa and I went yesterday with a friend. This was an incredible and highly relaxing experience and would definitely recommend this! We both had a 30 minute massage, which was super relaxing. Followed by spending some time in the sauna. Will definitely be returning!

A varied experience there today. Sauna and steam room are great; sauna is hot. (There is mold in poolside area shower).

The men’s changing rooms and showers are disgraceful - mold and limescale hell. The changing area is also incredibly small, wet, and tired. Refit required.

The front desk staff were very pleasant and friendly.

The Indian Head massage was lovely but my Mum was booked in for 60 minutes treatment as a gift for her 60th Birthday and was only given 40 mins so she was very disappointed. 10 days later we are still waiting for a partial refund!! Terrible!

I had an amazing experience at the spa we’re amazing I would like to make a special thank you to cassie who did my treatment she was absolutely amazing so friendly and made me fell very comfortable through my treatment which she provided me she was also very professional during the treatment process and done my treatment to an amazing standard I would very recommend Cassie for your treatments

I booked for a spa for my mums birthday & had a treatment each. We were both very satisfied with our massages, I would recommend Paula she was highly skilled and worked wonders on my shoulders. I also added in my notes when booking that I’m vegan and they had especially prepared sandwiches, puddings and scones all vegan! Was extremely accommodating and the pool/saunas were nice too. Only downfall was lots of stairs so not really suitable for disabled and not the easiest to find your way around but the staff are very helpful with directions overall had the loveliest day and would recommend, many thanks.

It was a special birthday surprise for me from my daughter,i was booked in to receive the 60min indian head massage, my daughter having the same but 40mins.mine ended the same time as hers!the receptionist apologised,& i was told a full refund of £110,would be paid,my daughter received an email saying only £28,would be refunded,as id already had the 40min treatment!which i think is disgusting, im still waiting to be refunded!which was 31st may.the entire stay at the hilton hotel brighton was a disgrace from start to finish, being given false hope!the purspa topped it all.
Anyone gojng for a treatment, expect to be robbed of your actual time youve paid for!!
