Appalling customer service. I ordered an e gift card for my mums birthday and it has not arrived. I ordered it over a week before her birthday to arrive at 9am on the day of her birthday to her emails. I briefly got through to someone from pure spa on the live chat only to be told they work through them manually and they will get to it when they get to it basically. I tried to call multiple times but no one answers the phone and their voicemail is full. I took screenshots of the order so I can be 100% sure the email address is correct and the money has been taken from my account. Now my mum is without a gift on her birthday and I am out of pocket with no one to speak to to resolve the issue. If someone from Pure Spa can rectify this asap as it has ruined my mums birthday trying to sort this out. Do not order a gift card from here as it may not arrive but your money will be taken. Their T&Cs state they do gift cards manually so they can’t guarantee when they will send them, but when you order they confirm they will send on a particular date and time, which is obviously misleading and incorrect.

Update - still no gift card or refund received. Issue has been reported to trading standards to investigate further. Also be aware that the company has no formal complaints procedure which is a major red flag. You can’t get through to anyone on any platform so if you have an issue you’re on your own.
Your rights under Consumer Contracts law 2013 that gives you 14 days to cancel any online order including gift cards. They are not abiding by this law so be careful.

The gel nail was not great at all - one of the most expensive and yet ugly looking nails I have had done. Would not recommend for nails at all.

Emilia was kind and courteous. Her massage was epically good! And listened to my request for a medium to firm pressure. She really worked hard to get the knots out! The facial was also lovely and soooo relaxing. THANK YOU

Infra red sauna is always great - great addition to treatments. I had a full body massage and hoppi ear candle treatment with Claire. Excellent massage, she really worked through my knots, aches and pains. My back feels amazing afterwards. I'd never had the ear candle treatment before - very relaxing. Thoroughly recommend.

Got my mum the Mother's Day spa day for 1. Which was 1 hour in spa, a foot ritual, then a back massage and facial. She did not get her spa day. she just got taken straight in for treatments and didn't get eyebrows done either. I'm not happy at all. The whole point I bought it was for this reason, and for my mum to have a relaxing time. I checked ur website, and it states u have a spa, in fact, 4 spa rooms. So I'm bewildered as to why she did not get any of the stuff stated in the package. I emailed you 4 times and called the salon , but there was no reply from anyone. This is false advertising, I could have purchased the treatments separately. I'd like some sort of refund for this..
Update. Staff contacted me and explained they didn't know how my mum didn't get all the treatments promised. They looked into it and refunded me fully. Hopefully, they have dealt with the staff member that carried out my mums "spa day ' appropriately.

Bought a spa package for my girlfriends birthday from this company for the Glasgow branch and it asks you at checkout what branch you want it for.
When trying to book the treatment they told me that the Glasgow branch doesn’t do it so I asked for a refund and they have stopped responding to me.
Website is really glitchy too which makes the process even more difficult.
They do not answer their phones either and because they have stopped replying to my emails I’m now stuck with an expensive voucher that I have no use for!
Replied quick enough when they thought I was trying to book the treatment.
Read other reviews before considering this place… I wish I had.
