On 1st glance the rooms are modern and tidy. But attention to cleaning could be better. Window sills have not been cleaned for weeks. The train line at the back of the building is very noisy throughout the night. Breakfast choice is terrible.

The room needed a face lift, had a moldy damp smell to it. We complained and the nice lady at the front desk came and opened the balcony door. Breakfast was very poor no hot food available. The train passes every 5 to 10 minutes. Overall very expensive for what we paid for 2 nights (£400+).

Room dark, not enough lighting, WiFi connection was hit and miss. Air conditioning broken, room was extremely hot, hotel didn't have any fans. Poor sleep due to room temperature. Staff were friendly and welcoming.

Great place, near the station, alot of shops around restaurants, clothing, mobile phone stores, breakfast,lunch, movie theater....

in short very damn well located.. I guess that justifies its price.

The rooms are decent as well.

A roof shower, and for our Arab friends it has a water hose near the toilet for those looking for that.

I recommend that you do not make a booking with the Putney Hotel. Having had my booking for a month, they cancelled the day before. Booking with another hotel at the last minute cost me an extra £70 but Putney Hotel refused to offer any compensation. A stressful and unpleasant experience.

It's located close to the high street where all the shops are. Recently opened and so everything is still.new inside. Room size was good. BUT there is a railway line right outside the back of the hotel. So if you're lucky like I was to get one of these rooms be prepared to be listening to trains going past from 5.00 am onwards.

Comfortable beds but the trains are really loud as the hotel is literally next to Putney station. The noise is so extreme that I decided to write this review to help someone else choose a different hotel if they are sensitive to noise. Room had everything one would need, except a hair drier.

It's a new property very centrally located for the business travelers. The rooms are very well equipped and staff is also very courteous. It's just one train away from the central London. The Putney station is just stone throw away distance from the hotel. There are lots shopping area within the walking distance of this property.
