What a charming and lovely place to stay. My small family and I stayed just after Christmas. The hostess Anna was so kind, attentive and great company, which only added to the experience. This place is a hidden and homely gem just walking distance from the beautiful town of Burford

Great host - unbelievable service and nothing was too much trouble! The house is amazing - luxury but so homely. Anna made a delicious home cooked breakfast in the morning- everything was fresh and locally sourced!|This is in a perfect place to visit the Cotswolds! We are so happy to find this hidden gem and will definitely be back!

We had a fantastic stay in Anna's b and b. We stayed for a couple of nights in a lovely room which was really spacious and clean. Anna was a fantastic host who went out of her way to make us feel welcome and looked after. Anna had lovely dogs who also came and greeted us at breakfast each morning! The house had so much character and Anna works hard to look after it whilst running the b and b! We would really recommend staying here on a trip to the Cotswolds. The location is also a great base to visit the wider area.

We've stayed at Pytts House twice now and have loved it both times. Anna is the perfect host and can't do enough to make you feel at home and relaxed. The house is beautiful and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. Being able to have breakfast in the garden during the summer is really nice, and we enjoyed the company of Anna's multiple friendly dogs. Anna and family are able to provide lots of great recommendations for local walks and things to do, and we much appreciated having a flask of tea to take with us on a walk in the local countryside. Pytts House has a great location, as it's nice and quiet but also within a 15 minute walk of the centre of Burford. Anna has managed to distance people at breakfast and also has lots of hand sanitiser available, so we felt safe there during the current COVID situation.

We had a wonderful stay at Pytts House and would highly recommend to anyone looking to have an ideal Cotswolds getaway. The location is great, a leisurely 15 minute stroll to Burford, and the property itself is magnificent. The owner, Anna, has put so much thought and care into the BnB and goes above and beyond to make her guests feel welcome (as do her dogs!)

We had a wonderful time . Anna is the loveliest lady and host and her dogs … well thats another story.. me and my friend fell in love with all of them on first sight and did not want to leave . We had the beautiful bedroom with the large terrace where we spent most evenings having a glass or two. The breakfast was fresh and the coffee was good . Lovely walks from the door step .. we will definitely be back I and strongly recommend.

perfect location. beautiful home, and Anna could not do more for us. the room was perfect and felt so comfortable. really the best place to stay for travelling around cotswolds and so close to the village. so peaceful at night. Anna and her 6 helpers (albeit knee high) really made us welcome and like old friends arriving for a stay. would return again easily

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Pitts House. Anna could not have been more welcoming, not to mention Mabel and her posse. Anna gave us a great recommendation of The Royal Oak to eat, and although, fully booked on a Saturday evening, one mention of Anna’s name, and a table was magically conjured up within 20 minutes.

The room was delightful, with a superbly planted terrace filled with white hydrangea and a beautifully scented rose, and a fabulous view of the garden. Breakfast was served in Anna’s dining room, filled with an eclectic mix of objets, and was perfect.

We would normally stay at The Lamb, but Anna, her house and fabulous dogs, (which I am sure if you are not a dog lover would be no where to be seen), have made us change our allegiance.

Cannot recommend it highly enough.
