A friend recommended Quan Spa to me and I’ve fallen so in love with their work that it’s the only place I go to in London. I don’t even live near Kensington and travel over 40 mins each time just for their impeccable service. I usually get a classic manicure, shellac pedicure (gel), and the deep cleansing facial. The manicure and pedicure are pretty basic but the execution is flawless. My nails look perfectly done at the end of them. The deep cleansing facial has to be my favourite though - it’s one hour long- exfoliates, cleans deeply, removes blackheads, and the massage helps with drainage leaving your skin literally glowing (not an exaggeration). The staff are friendly, kind, and really really good at their jobs. Any of their staff do an equally amazing job - for the facial, I’ve had it done by Nancy and May and both of them do such a great job. Cannot recommend this place enough.

Great staff really enjoy the experience. Tukky give me a deep tissue massage and it was the best massage I have ever had in my life and I have had many around the world. Tukky will find any knots, tension areas in your body and work them out into smoothness making your body feel new and refreshed. Tukky is SUPERB!!! Let me know when you make it to the States because I will be your first customer in California😊😊😊. You would be my reason for returning to London🥳🥳🥳. Quan Spa staff were very nice with great energy. My pedicure was simple LOVELY.

Absolutely amazing. Her work is impeccable
She paid alot of attention to my big toes which are not in a good state. I didn't ask for her to be so attentive, but she was. The best foot pedicure I have had at Quan Spa. I will be definitely using Fan again.
Quan Spa is truly amazing, their services every time.
You will never leave disappointed.

I don’t usually bother writing google reviews but Quan Spa is so worth it. The team are very professional and the end results are always spectacular. I’ve done the deep cleansing facial multiple times and I travel about 45 mins every time because May is simply that good. The classic manicures and pedicures are the other treatments I’ve had here and they’re always such a beautiful satisfying end result.

Not all the masseuse are good. Jenny is excellent, the rest average or unqualified. I was given a massage today that gave me nausea and inflammation on my cervical. I had to call 111 because of that.

The place is very cold and when you complain about that they say that is your body temperature. 😂

They should invest more in heating the rooms. Even the toilettes are cold and you need to keep your jacket on all the time
