The tea room has a great selection of food, sadly there wasn't any beer, only cider (a small gripe).

Mind blowingly beautiful. I appreciate Quarr Abbey so much. The Sunday services are traditional and powerful. The monks are very friendly and welcoming. The art gallery, tea rooms and gardens are beautiful. It's one of my favourite places to visit. It's peaceful and I get a lot of inspiration from this place. Highly recommend 🙏💕🌈🕊️🕊️🕊️🔥

We visited Quarr Abbey on Friday as a coach party, what a beautiful place. The garden's are beautiful, there is a small cafe, shop, where you can get local produce. I brought their own Honey 🍯 which I was told about I also brought homemade Victoria sponge cake 🍰 in the cafe with a lovely cup of tea absolutely delicious .. my husband and I went into the chapel that was so special. We lit a candle 🕯️ and said a prayer for family who we have lost... This place is such a beautiful place to visit...

Quarr Abbey is a walk from where we live. A peaceful setting, a silent Abbey where you can sit with your thoughts and feelings, lovely woodland, a delightful cafe, a shop selling island produce, an art gallery, museum and pigs. We love it.

Well worth an hour or two to visit on the way from Ryde to Wootton Bridge. Interesting red brick construction and architecture. Well stocked gift shop serving bottles of local beer, gin and other foodstuffs and presents to take home. Museum / Visitors centre records the history of the Abbey of Our Lady of Quarr. Also a book shop is onsite
Able to visit the pigs which are raised on the farm at the Abbey. In the grounds is a cafe / tea room for lunch and afternoon tea.
