What can I say? Too much, probably! Having just returned from a week’s stay at Quarry Pods we are missing it already!||It really was the most amazing place - a little peace of heaven tucked away in the beautiful Devon countryside.||The pod - Our family - two adults, teenage daughter and 8-year-old son plus our Labrador stayed in The Hive - one of the 4 people pods. There was plenty of room for all of us plus bags etc and we kept all our cooking essentials plus chairs etc on the neat decking area outside. The pod was warm and cosy and quiet and it was lovely not having to put up a tent after a six hour journey. The huge cool box was also a big plus.||||The bathroom/washing up facilities were fantastic. We’ve never had a private bathroom while camping so this added a luxury feel. It was spotless with a lovely hot shower and was great to be able to keep all your towels and toiletries in.||||Communal areas - a lot of thought has been put into the whole site - picnic tables in several areas, a fire pit and a rainy day room and best of all it was all very secure for our dog.||||Lots of other plus points included a fabulous secure nature reserve just a short walk up the road where our dog enjoyed some great walks and Wi-Fi (a must for our daughter!)||||The resident barn owls and owl cam were also lovely to watch, along with the starry skies.||||I really could go on about how wonderful Quarry Pods are. ||||They are well located for some lovely towns and villages and beaches - our favourites were Widemouth Bay and Bude. We also appreciated the very in depth and handy welcome book in the lodge giving recommendations for places to visit and eat etc.||||||The negatives - none! We couldn’t find a single fault with our stay. The set up was absolutely spot on.||||All in all, would we return? Most definitely!

Stayed at this place for a few days. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The pods were just right for us and the dog. The bbq place was handy. Quite near to Bude if one decides to go for a surf. Fantastic place. Great walks. You can cycle if you want. The bathrooms are huge! (each pod has a designated bathroom/toilet) We are happy to stay there again definitely.

We had a wonderful five days in The Burrow at the beautiful Dunsdon Farm. Done to a very high standard and with great bathroom/shower facilities we had everything we need, including in the excellent and well-worth it two-person cooking box we paid extra for. ||A very environmentally aware and friendly place surrounded by peace and nature, and the barn owls were the icing on the cake. ||We found the location perfect to explore Devon and Cornwall and there is an infinite choice of things to do. Our little dog loved it too. ||We will be back!

What a lovely weekend! The Quarry Pods at Dunsdown Farm exceeded any of the expectations we had. Warm, comfortable pods, each with their own plush bathroom with hot shower that you didn't ever want to get out of - all in the most beautiful and tranquil countryside setting.||||A car is a must, but theres loads of parking space. We had a lovely Sunday carvery at the Widemouth Manor - a mere 20 minutes drive from the pods - and it was a delight to return to a warm pod each evening, on the Sunday evening we lit a small fire in the fire pit and enjoyed hot chocolate and toasted marsh mellows.||||Wish we could come every weekend - can't recommend enough!

What a wonderful stay! Warm, cosy and comfortable. In an idyllic location full of nature and peace! The added bonus of having a private toilet and shower just added to the comfort. Our children (4 and 6) loved being outdoors and very much liked seeing the cows in the nearby field each day! I would definitely come back.

We spent a very enjoyable long weekend at the Sett pod (family of four). The site itself is quite secluded, so on the plus side very peaceful, great for kids to explore nature and the there's come fab facilities like a rainy day room, fire pit, and a very nice personal bathroom/ kitchen wash up area only a very short distance from the pod. The pod itself is a good size, has heating, electricity and lighting. The porch area is roomy too.||It's secluded though. Anything like a beach (Bude is about 25 minutes away) or shops, are all a drive away. There's a local swimming pool with a a wave machine and the Venue offers ten pin bowling and things. Plenty of local supermarkets too.||All in all an enjoyable break despite a bit of wet weather!

Having just come back from a weekend break and stayed in this wonderful gem! I’m so glad I found this place. Peaceful, relaxing and beautiful! The pods and private shower room were clean and were made to a high standard. I would absolutely recommend coming here if you want to unwind and enjoy nature. Thank you for a wonderful stay I would definitely come back.

Had a great stay, it's in the middle of nowhere and very quiet but that adds to the magic of it. My 5yr old loved it. Dog friendly, great facilities, very clean and tidy. Would definitely go back. Great place to relax and get away from the bustle..
