Yet again we are back again at the Quayside. It is still a great place to stay, Theresa is still a great landlady, being very friendly. Room was lovely so was the breakfast. Nothing was too much trouble for Theresa. We will definitely stay there next time we're in Poole

Clean/basic/great location! Thanks to Teresa for making our stay as comfortable as possible! |I’d rate the accommodation as a 3/5, however upgraded due to the amazing location! Walkable/crawlable to everything you need for a short stay! |Would just say that if you’re physically challenged, the stairs might be hard work!

Excellent b&b very good value for money! The host was absolutely lovely and very welcoming! There’s no parking however there’s a car park 2 minutes away which was £18 for the weekend which I can’t fault!! Rooms were a decent size and very clean and tidy tea & coffee facilities available too! Would deffo recommend this place if your looking for an affordable place to stay in the town!x||If your looking to go out out, we paid £25 for a taxi to Bournemouth town which I thought was also decent for the distance and taxi prices!!x

NEVER AGAIN|The location is very good but there it ends. The entrance is not very appealing and dated. The room was cramped with little space to move round the bed. Not particularly clean with a very large cob web above the door. The breakfast was poor. There was no cereal or fruit juice on offer The breakfast was average and not cooked very well. Given this hotel is run by an Italian I was expecting a nice coffee but was given an instant one which left a bitter taste for some considerable time. We are staying in Poole next year at the Quay Hotel for £90 rather than here for £95!!

Just stayed with Teresa for the 3rd time. She is lovely and very helpful. Room always clean and comfortable with a great breakfast. I know my 3 friends who stayed there with me all agree. We will book here again without question. Thank you.

Unwelcoming lounge|Email sent after booking saying breakfast only for 2 nights though we had booked for 4|No juice or cereals for breakfast |Room tired unappealing and appalling bed linen|Poor lighting impossible to read a book|No chair could only sit on bed|No towel rail only hook behind bathroom door, towels left on bedside tables|Toiletries? One miniscule bar of soap each|Received £10 per day in lieu of breakfast for 2 other guests received £10 each|Very steep stairs no one to help us up to room |Owner was selling but made no effort for the items plus listed.|Opened door and we were ushered out!|Only plus. Location and the shower|

Very dirty and dated, the adjoined restaurant for breakfast also has dusty dirty surfaces everywhere. You get what you pay for. Good location and car park a few minutes walk away. Would I stay again, only if I had too.
