Awful experience. Recently, I went there to get my eyelashes done. Due to not having a patch test before the appointment, I had single-use eyelashes. It was carried out by the owner and she did not know what she was doing. she burned my eyelid by putting super glue.I kept telling her my eyes were burning but she carried on and then it got to the point where I couldn't tolerate it no longer, so I asked her to remove it. she removed it, it was very painful, and pulled my skin off. For few days my eyelid was so painful. I messaged her with the photo and I told her politely, please don't do it to other customers if she is unsure. with all this experience she did not even apologise once.

Husband got me a group on voucher. Realised it was about to expire so rang earlier in week. Lady was friendly and accommodating and let me book in for a later appointment. Had a lovely facial and a luxury massage for a total of 1 hour 30 mins. So nice and relaxing. Well worth it and will be returning. Thanks ladies xxxx

Came in today for a massage and pedicure from a Groupon voucher brought as a gift. The ladies were very accommodating, massage was relaxing and I fell asleep half way through. Had to give the ladies a tip, thank you again. Will be coming back

Purchased voucher via groupon as a gift for my daughter. She followed the instructions, booked in advance. When she arrived was told the voucher wouldn’t scan, I had to contact groupon to complain. Finally resolved, but instead of a 1hour 30 session from 10am to 11.30 she was given a 45 min session from 10:15am - 11am with reduced treatments that I’d paid for in advance. Unpleasant setting, unfriendly and unprofessional.
