Very friendly and helpful staff. Good size room, although there was a general problem with the air con. However, reception staff promptly provided a small heater for my room, which was more than adequate. Good food and a good size dance floor. Within walking distance of the sea front and Bournemouth pier. Can recommend the warm oil foot massage in the Spa!

We booked this hotel for my hen party, there was 7 of us in total. We booked 3 rooms. 1 triple 2 double. We were then given 4 rooms as we were not allowed to have what we had apparently. So my maid of honor was charged another £321 on top of the £600 she had already paid. Reception were not helpful at all. The bar staff were lovely, bit pricey but avereage hotel prices. ||The rooms were lovely the carpet could do with upgrading white carpets in the room that were very stained but the bed was comfortable. Shower was lovely and warm. Very clean maybe could do with bigger towels however that is personal preference. ||All 7 of us visited the spa Saturday afternoon. The ladies doing the treatments were wonderful. I felt so relaxed for the moment we entered the relaxation room. 10/10 would definitely recommend having a treatment while you’re there. ||Had breakfast just standard £15 so avereage price ||Over all a lovely stay but probably won’t go back in a hurry. I’d opt for the west cliff hotel over this one.

The hotel staff of all very friendly and helpful

The restaurant is on a hight level of impressive service, the food is outstanding a true 5*
A special shout out to Marco, he is such an asset to this hotel, he provides a fantastic service and really makes you feel comfortable and caters For all dietary requirements! By myself have multiple dietary requirements and Marco Did everything he could to ensure I had all the knowledge of what was available for me to eat? Alongside this, he was very supportive in adapting any meals to my tastes.

Lovely staff. Always friendly and helpful. Great food. Nice little pool with Jacuzzi & sauna. Big room had all you needed, comfy bed & clean. Only 5min walk into the centre. Not a massive hotel but perfect for a weekend getaway. Highly recommend.

I was expecting more from this hotel. We booked through Secret Escapes and was disappointed. When we arrived we questioned if we were in fact in a Superior King Room as it looked so different from what the pictures previously showed.
The room was ordered with a baby travel cot, but this was not in the room. We also were only given 1 towel, so we had to request more.
The package came with breakfast included, which was not up to a great standard. We were told, like many other guests, that breakfast was served until 10:30am but then the staff cleared it all away at 10am. They ran out of pastries too so we couldn't have any and the coffee was awful. Chunks of coffee poured out when you helped yourself so it clearly wasn't made correctly. I went and got my own instant coffee that I had in the car and had that instead.
The only positive I can say is that the bar was nice. The bartender, in the evening, made great cocktails but in the daytime it was hard to get served as no one was ever there to serve.
A lot of changes need to be done to this hotel. I hear it is in Administration but having ran hotels myself in the past, drastic changes need to be done with service if it wants to survive even if the finances get sorted.

A nice hotel with a large car park. The room was clean and comfortable and very good value.
The location is good, a short walk from the beach and around a 10 minute walk from the shops and restaurants.
I would be happy to stay here again if working in the area or visiting with family.

Booked 2 rooms with booking.com and one room with the hotel website. Arrived for a hen party before they all arrived only to be told we had 5 rooms. Confused we then were told only one was paid for and the rest needing payment...over £600! |I explained that this wasn't the case and I had already paid. He kept changing his story as i shoed proff of payment too, going from one room had been paid to suddenly 3 when i showed him proof. The man on reception who I am told is the manager then told me after a massive panic on my side that he could fix it and all I would have to pay is £60. Happy I agreed and paid. He then pulls the card machine out again and confused I went to pay, only for it to decline. My friend then paid. Checking my account rather confused £321 had been taken WITHOUT MY PERMISSION from the queens hotel,he then hands us 4 room keys!? I had already told him I needed 3 rooms so I had paid for a room we didn't need and he cancelled my NON REFUNDABLE room from booking.com loosing me that money. |At this point the group had a arrived and on the verge of loosing my cool and wanting to cry I left the reception. |Reading the comments this is not the first time they have ripped people off after saying payments have not been made.||Some of the rooms were scruffy with paint peeling, and the floors were very dusty. Doors slamming and an ajoining door in our room, with keyhole you can see into both rooms.....into the bathroom! Not very private! Definitely not worth the "upgrade" money he stole. |The positive side of the stay was Amy in the spa, she done my massage and couldn't be more helpful and chatty. All of the staff there were amazing and restored the weekends experience. Definitely worth visiting and experiencing those healing hands. ||This will not be the last they hear from me. I will be getting refunded! |So if u are planning on going to the queen's then make sure you stand your ground and do not let them rob you blind.
