I had the most wonderful stay at Quiet Cosy Rooms! From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with warm hospitality and a serene atmosphere that instantly made me feel at home. The rooms are beautifully decorated, immaculately clean, and—true to the name—perfectly quiet and cosy.

The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious, with fresh, high-quality ingredients that made for the perfect start to the day. The attention to detail and personal touches throughout my stay truly set this B&B apart.

If you're looking for a peaceful retreat with top-notch service, Quiet Cosy Rooms is the perfect choice. I can't wait to return!

Absolutely disgusting place. The property is above a row of shops on the main road. To access the property we had to walk down an alleyway with broken paving and bins everywhere. The whole area stunk of fish and blood from the fishmongers/butchers on the row of shops. There were maggots and hundreds of flies all over. Once we were allowed in (photo id is needed before she will let you in the property) we were told all the codes for the doors and led upstairs. Carrier bags full of stuff on the stairs. We were offered a choice of the three rooms. The back room overlooked the lovely alleyway we had walked down. The room smelt of the bins we passed. No thank you. The front rooms weren't much better. They were shabby, dusty and definitely not cozy. The noise from the road was constant, so definitely not quiet. We stayed long enough to find somewhere else to stay and left. The owner was very abrupt and unfriendly. The property was a mess. Avoid at all costs.

Please do not book this property. It is above a row of shops on the main road. To get into the property you have to walk around the back and down a filthy alleyway, past container bins that are full of fish containers that absolutely reek, there were maggots on the floor and hundreds of flies. The owner demanded our photo id on the steps before we got in, she lead us to our room, up stairs with carrier bags full of stuff on them, dangerous and a fire hazard. We were able to pick our room from the three available, the back on stunk of the bins and had loads of flies in it, the front two rooms weren't much better, tiny, dirty and smelly. We stayed for half an hour whilst we found somewhere else to stay. The owner didn't care. Definitely not quiet nor cosy. Avoid!

I want a full refund. We arrived to this 'hotel' around 15.45. The room is not fit for purpose. Violation of fire safety rules as the smoke alarm had been removed. The mattress was no more than a topper and was disgusting. The room was full of dust and stinks of damp, not only that, but the bedside drawers had been used as an ashtray! The owner refuses to refund us. They offered us a different room but I wanted to get out as I already had an asthma attack due to the dust. I can't see how their level of cleanliness would vary room to room. Absolutely disgusting. We left at 16.00... I wouldn't let the fleas off my cat sleep there.

If I could give zero stars I would. I've been on remand at her majesty pleasure and it was cosier than this dump.
Entrance is in a back alley with no clear indication of the actual door so had to contact the owner who was very abrupt.
No staff are present. Up the metal staircase and keys are accessed from a key safe on the wall by the door (codes are provided via email)
Once inside it appears clean, but very cheap and the bare minimum of facilities are provided. Also comes with a distinct smell of marijuana and a waft of fried chicken from the shop below. One flimsy sheet to cover you while you sleep. No working TV channels as no aerial. No heating so was forced to stay in my jacket. Neighbouring room was playing music and shouting till 3am so eventually got up and went to the travelodge round the corner to book a room.
Will never revisit and I advise others not waste their money here.

Booked this room after attending a wedding and requested a late checking which was agreed. Then reached the place which was hard to find as address was inaccurate. The private tenant left and didn't open the door. She also didn't answer her phone and we had to stay outside. She has also refused to refund me. Also been told that she mentioned breakfast but its only a few cakes

The description for the room was very misleading therefore I had to cancel my booking. I contacted Cosy rooms and explained why I couldn't stay at their hotel and kindly asked for a refund only to be told no in a unpolite way.

There was many reasons why I decided not to stay at Cosy rooms. The main reason was that I did not feel safe.
It said in the description that there is 24h desk and private parking. This is not true.
There is no desk but you have to get the keys out of a key safe. This means that any previous guest could at any point come back, get the key and enter your room. The parking is not private as stated in the advert. I was asked to park my vehicle in a dark alley way where I could see drug dealers and drug users. I explained to cosy rooms that I did not dare to leave my vehicle in the alley way only to be told that they don't advertise parking which is not true as it clearly said "private parking"

The room itself was not very clean but the lack of fire safety made me decide to cancel the room.
I'm trained in fire safety and know the regulations very well. First of all, there was no fire or smoke detector in the room. The gaps and smoke seals around the doors was not adequate and there was no fire escape plan in the room or outside on the landing. I could not see any fire extinguishers.
As I have previous experience of fires I could not stay in a room without a fire plan in place.

Breakfast was supposed to be included but as far as I understood was that you only get a few pre wrapped croissants that was in the room.
I am sorry to say that Cosy rooms did not live up to my expectations and I would not recommend it to anyone.
*The room itself wasn't too bad so if they sort out a few issues and make everything clear in the description then people know what to expect.

I nicknamed this place the hovel of Harrow, dirty apartment above a shop. Only enterance is through a dirty ginnel round the back of a shop and up the stairs. This was obviously a larger apartment that has been split in two to make a bit of extra cash. Fridge full of half used pasta sauces. Washing machine was in the bathroom, light switch in bathroom had exposed wiring. We basically used it to change before going out and sleep that was all. All the appliances where old. Ok if you are stuck with nowhere to stay but I really wouldnt stay there again. Glad I wasnt on my own.
