I stayed two nights at this, what I would call a luxurious B&B. All aspects of the establishment are first class; excellent room, ensuite, comfortable bed, with all the amenities required. Breakfast was excellent with a good selection. Accommodation was extremely clean and tidy would not hesitate to stay here again and will recommend it to friends. The best B&B I have stayed in, deserves a 5 star rating!

Absolutely a gem of a place, Paul is a fantastic host, attentative and serving a real hearty breakfast and sharing much knowledge of places to visit in the area. Very comfy bed and a quiet place to get away from the hustle and bustle of day to day life. Great location for many local historic places of interest and quaint villages along with easy access to the Dorset coast. Welcome apple cake and cuppa in the garden was delicious. House has great history and lovingly restored, was a delight to experience this stay.

We spent 2 nights at the wonderful quiet woman house.||We were greeted by Paul who provided an overview of the facilities and then he offered a big wedge of homemade Dorset apple cake! ||Excellent rooms, spotlessly clean and with a vast amount of information printed regarding nearby restaurants and things to do in the area.||Everything has been clearly thought about in the rooms, even down to the motion activated light on the step into the bathroom plus clear printed instructions on how to use the shower/ coffee machine etc.||Breakfast was excellent, cooked full English, yogurt, fresh fruit and a selection of cereals plus toast and preserves.||Paul asks what you would like for cooked items the previous evening and what time you would like it in the morning. This is great as it prevents food waste and unnecessary costs.||Outside space (garden) was beautifully laid out, with seating and was so peaceful ( you can also purchase plants that are laid out in the car park area).||Excellent hosts and accomodation, great location, all that you need for a relaxing time, would highly recommend.||Quiet village location, shop 2 minutes walk and main roads 10-15 mins away.||We will definitely return as when you find something of this high standard why would you go elsewhere.

It’s a beautiful property with a very nice and helpful host. My room was a good size and well equipped. Breakfast was excellent with various options available. It was ideally situated for my trip and very well priced bearing in mind location and time of year. |Attention has been paid to all the little details to make sure everything is perfect.

We were greated with a warm welcome from Paul, the owner. Plus a slice of delicious Dorset Apple cake. The room wss spotless and very spacious. The hospitality tray was excellent and well stocked. Breakfast was amazing with fresh fruit, cereals, a full english plus other options. Nothing was too much trouble for Paul. This was without doubt the best B&B we have ever stayed in. Highly recommended. We wiĺl be back. Thank you Paul for a lovely stay.

My wife and I recently stayed with another couple for a couple of nights and all of us agreed that we could not find any fault with our stay. The rooms are all well equipped, lovely and clean with little touches such as fresh milk, water and chocolates.|The breakfast was excellent with fruit, cereals, yoghurts, toast, a choice of preserves and the cooked part made to order and well cooked and presented.|A lovely location, a beautiful house and a great host, well done Paul.

I recently spent two nights at this lovely B&B. The owner Paul was extremely helpful when I was booking my stay & that continued when I arrived. Everything was spotless both in my room & the general areas. The bed was very comfortable & the hospitality tray had everything you would need, with the cold water flask topped up each day. Great choice for breakfast too, I chose to have a cooked breakfast, the standard of which was excellent. The garden is cared for by Paul’s wife Lisa, who again was very friendly. It was a very pretty place to sit & pass the time. I would highly recommend the Quiet Woman House & wish the owners well in their future endeavours.
