Had a wonderful stay here. Check in was quick and easy and the reception smelt amazing! |I had a premium room with floor to ceiling windows along the whole side of the room which was huge. Super comfy bed, all toiletries provided and spotless. Coffee machine in the room. |Breakfast was a great choice and a nice setting. |Parking was at Britannia, around a 5 minute walk and the hotel offered a reduced rate of £14 for 24 hours. |Would highly recommend.

We stayed in a premium city view room. The beds were comfy and the room itself was clean. The water pressure in the bathroom was far too low and slow. There was complimentary tea/coffee but no biscuits :(. ||Breakfast was good if you chose to have continental but unfortunately the English buffet selection was cold. ||I would use this hotel for its location but would probably not have breakfast at a future stay.

The bed was like sleeping on a cloud and pillows amazing. Best nights sleep I've had in ages. Easy and quick check in and late checkout meant we had a leisurely start to the morning. Very reasonable price for overnight stay that included a complimentary drink at bar.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout. The room was spotless, spacious, and offered stunning views – a real highlight. It was also peaceful and quiet, perfect for a good night's rest. The location is excellent, just a short walk to the city center. Highly recommend!

The location was amazing as was so close to everything from food to nightlife. The room was superb and the bed was to die for as it was so soft. Felt very let down on the room service as couldn’t get through and wanted to order some food and drinks so kind ruined the stay slightly. Brooke who greeted us and checked us in was exceptional and showed us what customer service meant

I wish I had read the reviews before booking this hotel. It was very expensive and I assumed therefore it would be good quality. The room was ok but cold but it’s very noisy at night. Little or no soundproofing from outside noise. No hot water for a shower in the morning and the breakfast was truly awful. I would say almost inedible, cold, dry really not nice. They did refund me 25% but when you pay extra for quality but don’t get it what’s the point?

Stayed for one night with my partner for our anniversary. Staff were polite and decent location. Rooms very dated (booked a superior room with city view) and no plugs by the bed which was rather annoying. Stunk of weed upon exiting the lift. Air con not working at all, bed was comfy but lots of hairs covering it. My partner and I were woken up at 5am by noisy neighbours yelling and swearing, the walls are thinner than paper. Thought for the price would be a bit more luxurious but felt quite bog standard to be honest. Wouldn’t come back, overpriced for what you’re getting.
