We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff are incredibly friendly and professional from the youngish gentleman who checked us in to Julie at the breakfast reception. Probably one of the very best breakfasts we’ve ever had including many 5* hotels. Julie is also an amazing ambassador.
Excellent pool and gym plus huge car park at just £6 - we all hate paying that extra charge but they all do it now.

A perfect hotel. Easy to find. Modern building and everything works in this hotel - very unusual for an English hotel. Clean and warm rooms. And on top of all a fantastic breakfast- also very unusual for England . Fresh things on the breakfast buffet, things for people with allergies, for vegetarian and vegan guest. Amazing. I will come back.
The only missing bit is that there are no charger for electric cars in their car park

Friendly, professional greeting. Git the gentleman at reception was informative, very helpful on how to get to airport. Room was gorgeous, was offered bath or shower, loved the layout of bathroom with its windows looking through into bedroom, wc was separate. Tea, coffee and chocolate drinks available plus 2 bottles of water in the fridge. Breakfast offered everything, you could wish for and I mean everything. Enjoyed the spa facilities, swimming pool, sauna and steam room. Tracy at the breakfast reception, greeted us with a lovely smile at 7.am. Waitresses helpful and friendly. Parking plentiful and right outside hotel entrance. Curtesy bus to hotel five mins away. One observation the hotel was cold but it was minus 1 outside.

We had a wonderful stay at the Radisson Hotel! The hotel is not only beautiful and well-maintained, but the staff is also exceptionally friendly and attentive. We were especially touched by the thoughtful gesture of the team congratulating our children on their birthdays – it made our stay truly unforgettable. Stayed here the night before my wedding in the presidential suite. The bed was huge and comfy - I got lots of restful sleep before my big day. The room was stunning and had lots of space for all my bridal party to get ready in. There’s also a huge window for natural light which made my make up artist very happy. The staff went above and beyond to help and were so friendly and helpful, carrying things upstairs for us and having a laugh and joke with my family. Lots of us said we’d happily come and stay again before flying out of East Midlands airport, despite living only 45 mins away!

We live locally but have a house full of visitors. We decided to stay at 4 local hotels. We saved the Radisson for the Saturday, expecting it to be the best one. ||It wasn’t! ||Only warm water from the bathroom tap.. too cold to shave. We didn’t dare to use the shower fearing only warm water on an already cold day, so went home to shower. We were allotted 2 600ml bottles of water to drink because of the tap situation, which would not have been enough, but luckily we had taken our own. ||The wall between the bedroom and bathroom looks stylish with windows, however, going to the bathroom without waking your partner is difficult. ||On check out, we were told that it was an accessible room, which we had not requested.||I also think that the hotel would benefit from a visit from someone with accessibility needs, because the tap needs a good deal of force to press it to start the water flowing and the fact that you need to crawl under the desk to switch the lamp of might also be a problem.

Lovely hotel, very close to East Midlands Airport, which we use regularly before and after our holiday flights. Excellent staff, who are friendly and professional. Nothing is too much trouble and staff are always on hand to help. They also Provide a very reliable taxi service to and from the hotel and East Midlands Airport, which takes a bit of the stress out of travelling.

We regularly visit this hotel it’s perfect for travelling from East Midlands airport and we will continue to use in the future. However on the night of our stay there was clearly an issue with the heating. The room was cold and didn’t warm up, when we reported this we were instantly offered a fan heater so that indicated a problem. Staff tried hard to find us another room that was warmer, but the one offered was just the same. The restaurant was cold with heaters everywhere. Several staff members said there was an issue and it had been reported. Hopefully it’s fixed for our next stay in February!!
