We visited for the first time in January 2025, our first visit. From the moment we arrived we were treated with exceptional customer service, the staff really take the time and pay attention to make you feel so welcome and attend to your every need. The bedroom we stayed in was very modern and fresh. We had our evening meal and lunch in the dining hall, food was well cooked and lots of choice. My wife had the fillet steak (with supplement) and it was one of the best we’ve had. The spa itself is amazing! So many different thermal experiences. Our favourite part was the rooftop infinity pool / thermal hot tub. Loved this place

A Wonderful couple of days🥰
We had a lovely couple of days of relaxation at Ragdale Hall Spa. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. The food was delicious. One of the highlights of our stay was certainly the spa facilities, which we thoroughly enjoyed. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we can't thank you enough for the wonderful time!

Absolutely worth every penny, amazing visit and was totally faultless. Service was exceptional, food was fantastic, the treatments were great, would like to mention how flawless all the staff were across the board, from the reception, to the dinniing staff, to the therapists (Tasha who did my Deep tissue massage was amazing) even watching the cleaners clean all the nooks and crannies down the corridors! The beds and pillows in the rooms were so comfy, the rooms are so large and all of the extras like the french coffee press and fresh coffee and a lovely touch. Also great to have a water machine right outside the room with filtered water. Would definetly return xx

We were so ready for a relaxing break and were not disappointed. A really luxurious place and a definite treat. We stayed for 2 nights and enjoyed the spa area so much. While the hotel seemed very busy there was always room in the pools and thermal rooms which were really relaxing. I had 5 treatments and loved them all, except for the floatation sound bath which was not at all relaxing as there was too much peripheral noise to spoil the experience. Breakfast in bed was a treat with a nice variety. Buffet lunch offered lots of variety and meant service was fine as starters were served and we could choose the rest of our meal from the selection on offer. Dinner was just not quite up to scratch. The wait staff were non stop but it just wasn't seamless. On our first night we wanted to order wine but by the time we had been given a wine list we'd eaten our main meals. We had wine the second night but our main meals took ages to arrive. When it's a top of the price bracket spa this needs addressing. The grounds were absolutely delightful and it was with sadness that we stepped out of our robes and back into the real world!

One word: Wow! When you’re used to hotels with a spa this blew my mind. It feels really special as soon as you leave the car and walk up the drive, or drive to the main door and someone will park it for you!

A fantastic welcome by all staff on arrival and info on what to do etc. Robes and towels are provided, take flip flops or sliders.

We had a day ticket with brunch and high tea, 10-4pm.

The infinity pool is incredible with submerged lounges on the jets. The multiple rooms that all have different aspects such as elements, thunder, monsoon rain, a cave pool with silence and flickering candles, steam rooms with gorgeous pools were just incredible. I loved every single aspect of the pools and rooms. We were lucky enough to have a 30c day and the outside pool was very welcome with sun beds and a complete chilled vibe. I loved seeing so many different seating dotted around the beautiful grounds, they definitely need more of the cabinas!

The building is huge and I have never seen so many treatment rooms in one place, Ragdale really does offer it all. I was going to book a Tai Chi or a sound bath but in the time we had the water experiences and relaxation was more than enough.

Will definitely book an overnight stay next time, such a magical place and feel very privileged to have spent the day here.

I really enjoyed my time here. My friends and I had a girls evening here. Started with an itinerary for the evening ranging from having some lovely me time in the saunas and pools. You should go to the rooftop pool, really good with the jets. Spa time was great including facials. I felt so pampered. Finished the night with a three course meal. I had a great time and can't wait to spend the whole day next time!

Has to be the best UK spa. So relaxing and has lots of facilities....great outdoor pool and gardens for summer time. The rooftop pool in Winter months is also great to experience. I am so lucky to be a member here & visit every day....if only I could go every day but I go at least twice a week.

Amazing, as ever. Food and drinks outstanding and staff who go out of their way to make you feel like the most important person in the room. We stayed in the terrace suite, which had a turn down service, fresh bottle and glass of water next to the bed and little extras on the pillow. The terrace was a beautiful spot, listening to the birds and even spending a morning tanning on the sunloungers, In April!!!! Amazing trip away
