Firstly, I will say the quality of the food was good and tasty. However, portion sizes are, without doubt, the smallest I have had at any Indian restaurant . The amount of curry was disappointing, and the rice was served in a small bowl no bigger than a small teacup. The prices were also the most expensive . I paid for a standard chicken Madras at £12.95 and for the amount of rice you got, it was extortionate at over £6. Rice is a fairly cheap part of the meal, and at other restaurants, I have had more than twice the amount of rice for less money.
The starter was also disappointing in size, just four very small bits of chicken tikka and a tiny bit of salad. As I said earlier, the food was tasty, but this is the first time I have ever left an Indian restaurant still feeling hungry!

First time takeaway order. Large portions, tasty food and a solid experience ordering online. Price is a little steep but what isn't these days? I'll be returning next time I fancy a takeaway curry 🙂

Not sure if the chef has changed but the rice today of the chicken tikka biryani had not much taste due to the lack of salt. But other dishes were fine. Both Chili King Prawn and Papadam were tasty. I specially like their spicy tea which was very rich. Also they gave a vegetable curry on every biryani ordered, i like their thought of a balanced meal. I gave 4 star as the waiter just scattered the bunch of cutlery to me after i sat down, so i had to do the table setting by myself. Maybe it's a local restaurant so service was also a bit casual. But before it wasn't like this.

Food was OK but the portion sizes must have been for a child. Don't think I have ever walked out of Indian restaurant still hungry. Roughly £50 a person aswell.

As a family we ordered 2 chicken tikka masala for takeaway that we normally would share with our 2 young children from other Indian restaurants.
Came home to half boxes of masala, extremely watery sauce could not even taste the curry! First time going here as new to the area, will not ever be returning.

This is a typical local Indian with delightful service. Food is good and will not disappoint. Atmosphere is cozy and can be noisy if big groups are around. Well located close to Sevenoaks station.

Lovely view, fabulous food, terrifying bill (£80 for two adults and two children with starter and main plus soft drinks). Nice atmosphere, reasonable service.
