I was welcomed by nice staff at the reception, my experience checking in was smooth and quick.
The rooms were what you’d expect for the price, nice and clean, provided towels, hand wash and even body wash; not bad.
I tried their restaurant which had some nicee food, honestly, but the only let down was the wait time from time of order and time we got our food, (was so hungry I forgot to take pictures of it🤣)
The location is bang on so I’d recommend it if you’re looking to stay at a nice quiet hotel, wether is for business or holidays.

I recently stayed at the Ramada by Wyndham Oldbury Birmingham and was pleased with my experience overall. The hotel room was spacious and comfortable, offering a good level of quality for a relaxing stay.
One of the highlights of my visit was the delicious pizza served at the hotel's restaurant. Not only was the taste excellent, but the price was very reasonable too. It's definitely worth trying during your stay! Additionally, the full English breakfast was truly outstanding, with a variety of options including cereals, fruit, and an assortment of hot items. It was a great way to start the day.
What truly stood out to me was the exceptional kindness and attentiveness of the hotel staff. They went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable and comfortable. Their dedication to customer service is commendable and greatly appreciated.
The only issue I experienced during my stay was the noise coming from the nearby motorway. The hotel's proximity to the road resulted in noticeable car noise, which could be disruptive at times. This is something to keep in mind for light sleepers.
In summary, if you're looking for a hotel with comfortable rooms, tasty dining options, and attentive staff, Ramada Oldbury Birmingham is a solid choice. The full English breakfast is a must-try, and the pizza is simply delicious. Just be aware of the potential for noise disruption due to its location near the motorway.

The room was nice but it did smell a bit upon entry. There was everything you needed in the room. Nice touch to have TV’s that allowed to use Netflix and YouTube. Beds were very comfortable too.

Can only describe as tired hotel, booked upgraded room, god help standard rooms. Was like walking into a hotel room of the 80s. Dirty walls, bed was like sleeping as if I was on the titanic when sinking. Would not recommend,felt more like a homeless drop in centre.

Clean bedding, serviettes were full.

There is distinct musky order on entry in to the room. Mattress with too many broken springs. Barely Luke warm water in the shower. Central heating / cooling not working. Although heater and fan are in the room.

Unlikely to revisit.

Check-in was straightforward. My room was on the 1st floor and unfortunately by a main door in the corridor. As I've read in other reviews, the rooms are poorly soundproofed. The door in the corridor was banging until around 1am as other guests returned to their rooms. Why not have one of those mechanisms on the door to slow the closing? I could hear conversations outside, from the carpark. Rooms were basic but functional. Walls were grubby in places. Not a cheap stay for what you get. Would avoid staying here again.

Good location and parking. However, dirty rooms and smelt like cigarettes in the hallway. Disgusting
Quite run down and in need of renovation.
Breakfast is average.
Reception staff are quite miserable but cleaners and kitchen staff were lovely.

The hotel itself is ok ,the staff are really nice and friendly.
It’s just the hotel is a little tired in all areas rooms ,bar and restaurant.
Not everything works in the rooms and the shower was terrible.
Also the heating didn’t work meaning I had to use the electric heater to warm the room up.
But the staff are great and the bar and restaurant is good value for money,the lamb rogan Josh was very tasty.
Plenty of free parking but the WiFi was again only ok.
The breakfast was also ok.
