My wife and I first booked into the hotel and we stayed for a total of four and a half months (I was working on a contract in nearby Wolverhampton).|Richard and his staff were fantastic, they reacted very quickly to any problem we had and made us feel so welcome. The hotel is spotless and generally very quiet, my wife loved the pool (but wished it was a bit larger) and the staff were great, a special shout out to Richard, Rachel, Mark, Loren, Tommy, Marie, Stacy, Daisy, Liv, Arron, Aron, Abbi. India, Linda, Jen, Sarah, Carrie and Alan If I've missed anyone then my apologies. Thank you all very much for a great stay!

Well stocked, clean room with free WIFI and a large window looking onto the side of the property. The bed was comfy, with plenty of pillows. Bathroom had shower and bath and lovely smelling soap and shampoo. ||There were plug sockets next to each side of the bed which was a bonus!

The staff were excellent. Friendly, helpful and cheerful. Even at 5am.||The room was adequate, a little small due to the slanted roof and velux window but clean.|The shower was nice and powerful.||Totally fit for purpose for a business one night stay. Nothing special but value for money||Pool was small but clean. Changing rooms felt a little like an 80s school locker room. Just dated

The hotel is what you would expect from a reasonably priced hotel for a stay over for a night or a week for business. The bar and restaurant were tidy and had provided good quality reasonably priced food.
The thing about this Ramada that lets this hotel down extremely badly is its health & fitness facilities. One of the main reasons I booked this hotel over the competition was because
There was access to a pool. On the first afternoon of my stay, it became very clear that the pool is not available to hotel guests. This is due to the back-to-back children’s swimming classes that run from afternoon through to 20:00
Although the hotel staff state you can swim whilst the class is on, one adult swimming in a small pool whilst small children are trying to learn to swim is extremely uncomfortable and not fair on the adult(s) swimming or those taking part in the lessons.
After donning my trunks getting down to the pool, I very quickly changed course and changed my plans… During my stay over the week I witnessed several guests do the exact same all looking disgruntled.
Once it was clear swimming was a no go I decided to use the gym for the treadmill and the weights. Unfortunately, no more than 15mins into my work out I found that due to the swimming class passing through the gym to get to the pool on a very frequent basis. Using the gym in the afternoons, evening was not practical either and gave up for the remainder of the week.
Overall, this hotel should not be advertising the pool and fitness suite in its hotel package as it is not available to hotel guests.

Very clean and comfortable rooms. Tea tray with beverages. Bathroom has hand, shower / hair and condition. Modern facilities. We had a Quiet position at rear of hotel overlooking gardens. Free WiFi.

Ideal position. Central for everything, food, entertainment, shopping. Would visit again.

Just stayed here whilst attending event at Telford International Centre, really convenient location. Our room was impeccable, decorated to high standard and spotless. All staff friendly and couldn’t do enough to make stay perfect. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again

Work event, well run, amazing staff and clean nice place. Only slight downside was that the curtains not complete black out so room was a bit light early, bt honestly, was nothing an eye mask couldn't fix

Had an absolutely amazing stay here. The hotel was nice and clean. The staff were lovely. They went above and beyond for my 1 year old, warming his milk on multiple occasions, allowing us to place fridge items in their own fridge. Really looked after us. Can’t thank the staff and team enough.
