We were travelling in a large group and the Ramada managed to accommodate around 100 of us! Despite our large number, the staff were efficient, professional and very welcoming. Service was exemplary throughout, and the rooms were warm, despite the cold weather. The Ramada customised their food menu to meet most people's requirements. Breakfast was delicious!

Stayed at the Ramada with a very large group, and the hotel was nothing but friendly, hospitable and efficient. Rooms were nicely sized, clean and tidy.
Customer service both in person and in admin was prompt, helpful and efficient. I was helped by Reece over email and phone who was very helpful and kind.

Service was exemplary throughout Rooms were warm during the coldest weekend of the year and at short notice they customised their food menu to meet most peoples requirements. Breakfast was nanic but tge staff coped admirably

Brilliant value for money in this hotel which is in a good location and has an on site restaurant that offers nice food at very reasonable prices. The rooms are spacious and included everything you need. The hotel is in a handy location too with plenty close by to visit.

Fantastic staff and a lovely room, will definitely go again. The facilities on site are good and you can use a microwave to heat up food.|Polite and friendly staff and always willing to help. |Only down side is the location on the North bound carrageway as it isnt linked with a bridge so depending on your direction of travel you may need to drive a few miles in the wrong direction to get to where you are going but other than that its a 10 out if 10.

We stay here every December when we come to see our parents .Great location as it is right on the motorway. Electric charging points are also very convenient. Helpful friendly staff make the stay pleasant.|Good breakfast. The lady at breakfast room ,Helen is really helpful. Amazing service.

We always stay at this hotel on the way to Wales. This time the room was big and clean, albeit in need of a little spruce up especially in the bathroom. Check in was quick. Breakfast was a highlight, Helen was quick and friendly. She brought colouring pencils over for our toddler and was super friendly.

Angela and her team are so friendly and welcoming - couldn't have asked for anything more afyer a long drive. We we were a large group with a huge age range and nothing was too much trouble.
