Perfect location for the city centre. We stayed as a couple and the room was a perfect size. Shower was warm and really powerful. We also used the gym facilities which was small but quiet and had everything we needed. Would absolutely stay again.

Nice huge and clean rooms. Perfect location, just less than 10 minutes walk from Leicester Railway Station. Will definitely come back.

Enjoyed their BBQ Chicken for my dinner.

Too many staff but no one is attending guests, whether at check in nor the bar. They were all busy chatting with one another. Had to dine somewhere.

From start to finish this was by far the best experience for hospitality. Sahil the manager is absolutely amazing. I was traveling alone and he put me at ease straight away. His knowledge of the area is good too|Plus the food is stunning. Roy the chef certainly knows his trade. You must try the teriyaki chicken ...oh and don't forget the puddings!! |The room is clean, and the bed is so comfortable.|I would definitely recommend this hotel. The staff are fabulous 😍

Not a bad hotel, in the middle of town. Parking a little steep for night. Rooms weren't as clean as expected. Toilet especially. Sort your cleaning out. Floor was sticky, use a mop maybe? Bed was comfortable.

A good hotel, when you get the good staff in it is a pleasant experience. Nice rooms, alright food but the drinks are way too expensive. I'd rate 6.5/10. Pro's: Lovely staff including the head chef and F&B supervisor also the red haired lady on reception, rooms are nice and the gym is alright, Cons: Surrounding area is very run down, restaurant gets drowned out by corporate drinking parties in the adjacent bar and drinks are very expensive.

Hotel is right in the centre, so a bit of a pain to get to with roadworks and closures, lots of noise from outside in the early hours but if you want to be right in town near to bars and restaurants then it's a good location,
Hotel is a little tired in places, but overall was clean.
Staff were polite, friendly and professional.
The room and bed was a good size as was the bathroom.
Parking is 2 minutes away, with a small discount if you validate your ticket at reception.
Breakfast was fine with continental and cooked options
It was good value overall for the price I paid on a corporate rate, and would use the hotel again

Great location in the centre. Room was disappointing - very cold, even when increased temperature it was still uncomfortably very cold. Even corridors were cold. TV in room didn’t work. Bed wasn’t comfy, nice pillows. Complained re temperature and tv but unsatisfactory response. Breakfast was nice and breakfast staff worked hard to ensure small area clean and made up for next guests. Would I stay again - no, would I recommend to others - no.

A clean, quiet room and a decent breakfast in the morning. The staff were friendly and helpful. I'd forgotten my shampoo and conditioner, it would have been nice if there'd been some more complimentary toiletries as it was tricky to wash my hair with just the generic hair and body wash provided in the shower.
