The bed was so comfy with very soft pillows and bedding and there was a decent selection of TV shows and films on the TV to chose from. The bathroom was clean and really tidy.||All the team were absolutely lovely, genuinely couldn't fault them! We stayed 16th - 17th May, I didn't catch any names but whoever was working between these dates, you're all lovely!||Thank you for the great stay 🙂

The Ramada at Wakefield for is and has been perfect for me whilst working away from home. I've been staying here for over 7 years. And in all that time never had any problems.
The check in service on your phone has been a good thing as its very speedy and you get your room quicker after a hard day.
Rooms are fine , comfy bed and excellent shower and nice and hot.
Food on an evening I use the rise and dine service which I find good value.
It comprises of a starter main and drink with your breakfast in the morning, it's a buffet breakfast which suits me better as you can pick and choose whatever you want.
Staff, I can't fault them great service, friendly and very accommodating.
Will still be using this hotel when I'm in the area.

For the price I think this is a very decent hotel. The interior was clean, which is most important to me, and the beds were very comfortable. Room was spotless with no issues found. Shower is powerful and staff are friendly here. Location is excellent, just off the motorway. This is definitely a good place to stop for the night to rest on long trips.

Luke was helpful and sorted any issues we had. Would recommend staying here for short trips. Basic and gets the job done. Beds are comfortable. Shower has good pressure and warm water. In a convenient location for travelling and going into the city centre.

Came from Liverpool and great time with family at this hotel, Steph the manager looked after us and went above and beyond to look after us. Such a nice person & a credit to the hotel. It wasn’t our first time here and we will come again sometime in the future.

Excellent stay. |The guy behind reception ( I think his name was Luke ) Tall lad. |He was super helpful.| Very friendly and polite|I would definitely stay here again.||My room was super clean and the staff couldn't be more helpful. ||Excellent location. Perfect.

Rooms are rather tired, and no USB ports on sockets. Buffet is the usual sausage, beans, bacon, scrambled eggs, hash browns like Holiday Inn but smaller. Signing up for the free wifi signs you up to data gathering but the speed is acceptable

We use this hotel a lot when visiting family.
Feels like a second home.

Rooms have been consistently clean and spacious on each visit.
Beds are comfy. It's easy to relax here.

Reception and dining areas look lovely.

Free parking with lots of spaces available.

Free WiFi.

The staff are all lovely and super helpful.
They're all super chatty and willing to have a good laugh. Awesome people, really makes the experience that much better.

Breakfast was awesome! Our chef did a brilliant job making sure our food was cooked how we liked it and catering to our dietary requirements.

5 stars.
I will be back.
