From the moment we arrived, Stuart made us feel incredibly welcome at Ravenwood. His warmth and hospitality were exceptional throughout our stay. Breakfast was a real treat, with a fantastic selection of Scottish specialties, including haggis, black pudding, and the most delicious artisan bread. He also provided excellent recommendations for local places to visit, including the Birds and Bees, which was just a short and pleasant walk from the guest house. Our room was cozy and comfortable, making it the perfect base for our first few days exploring Scotland. We couldn't have asked for a better introduction to this beautiful country!"

An amazing guest house! Super friendly owner. I super enjoyed the large breakfast table (amazing food too!) where I could meet and chat with fellow travellers. The rooms are a wee bit small, which may be an issue for some. But we made it work. Overall, I can highly recommend! The Guest House is about a ~20 minute walk to downtown.

The room was super comfortable and quiet, and the breakfast was fabulous. Great location and an easy walk to the Wallace Monument and into town. Stuart is a wonderful host and catered to our every need. Highly recommend!

We had an exceptional stay at Ravenswood! Stuart has thought about every detail of being an excellent host! From our welcome to our departure we had wonderful top of the line accommodations and breakfast! This was our best B & B experience of our entire two week journey. Stuart was very helpful from the beginning. He suggested us cool pubs and restaurants, gave info about castles and the city itself.
He customizes breakfast how guests like, everything super delicious. Guest house is clean, comfy and very stylish.
Last and most important, he helped me to propose my gf. Gave us great memories, strongly recommended. We'll definitely come back.

Absolutely loved our stay at this guest house. We were arriving late and Stuart made sure we had clear instructions about keys and our room beforehand. When we arrived, our room door was open, with the bedside lights on and the heating on, nice touch. Stuart knocked on our door and introduced himself. ||Our room was beautiful, the attention to detail is unbelievable from the toiletries to the Tunnocks Teacakes. Our room was quiet, bed comfy and the shower was powerful. ||Breakfast is pre ordered the night before, it's is all locally produced and the bread home made. Lots of choice from fruit, cereal pastries. The big Scottish breakfast is amazing!||Stuart is a wonderful host, highly recommend. Took the time to find out if we needed dinner reservations and was on hand to offer advice. ||Thank you Stuart for a wonderful stay, we will be back.

Scottish hospitality at its best. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Friendly very welcoming host. Attention to detail and extra touches. Beds are incredibly comfortable, quality linen, very clean, cosy throughout the house especially appreciated as it was frosty outside. Breakfast was a mixture of local food suppliers, home baked brown bread and scones, fresh fruit and other delicious delights. Definitely will return.
