Not clean strong smell of bleach I think to cover up the smell of mold very dark in the room even in the daytime with the light on not a very nice part of gt Yarmouth aswell spend a few pounds more for a better place

It’s not on the main stretch as advertised even the road is not correct. No breakfast as advertised either!! Even though we payed for it. There was a large Step in room that daughter fell down as was dark when arrived and need to visit A&E with a severely sprained ankle!! £100 fee was a joke.!! Smells awful of old smoke and wet dog. We Went and stayed with my mum in the crown hotel in gorleston on the pull out couch in her room for second night stay even though we payed for here. Disgusting place. Drunken shouting all night long. Shower was luke warm and dribbled out. No towels. Carpets smelly and dirty. Hairs in all the sheets. No way were they changed. Abysmal place to stay.

Stayed here for a night ,was greeted by a nice lady who add a lotta time for there guests ,and very helped to us, check in was quick and easy all with no fuss ,check in wasnt till 2pm but the host was kind enough to not only let us park our car 4 hours before our time slot she also checked us in super early so we could enjoy our time in great yarmouth, very nice gesture we thought ,there was also free tea and coffee in our room and towels ,toilet paper ,overall a great stay in a great location in great yarmouth .thanks

Had a great time, the owners are so friendly and couldn't do enough for us.||The room was very clean and we slept so well we over slept for breakfast,☺️||There is plenty of off road parking and very close to the sea front.||Will definitely be staying again
