Was suprised at how small the place was. But after getting over the initial shock, I really enjoyed my time there. A small space of relaxation. Brilliant! Highly recommend it plus Craig was very accommodating when I had to amend my appointment. Definitely be booking again.

Awesome little facility! Great equipment and well looked after. Been multiple times since opened and can say it’s the perfect Rest/Recovery Day ritual - always have a perfect nights sleep after some hot and cold contrast therapy

Not great. My cold plunge wasn’t cold enough. I tried setting it to 3°. I waited 20+ minutes it got to 8.4-8.8°c. Was hoping to get it to 4-6°

The sauna I set to 90°. It got to 84° after my time was up.

So I really feel I didn’t get full use of my time at all as sauna and cold plunge both never reached the desired temperature.
