Stayed for one night visiting family nearby, with an 18month old, everything was just right, travel cot set up, rooms nice and warm and bed was really very comfortable. Great attention to detail like having a full bottle of shower gel in the bathroom and some chopped fruit in a little Tupperware box to go with our muesli and yoghurt for breakfast. It really did feel like we were at home.

The annexe is a self-contained part of this beautiful farmhouse, with everything you could possibly want. The owner is charming and provides the most delicious breakfast ,it arrives the night before and comprises scones, bread, jams, lemon curd, fruit - oh everything I could have wanted ! Plus excellent coffee fresh milk etc. It is not easy to find but it's worth the effort!

wow what a lovely place to stay the annex is joined to the stunning farmhouse via a hallway the annex is fitted to a very high standard a nice country feel . the village of castle bytham is 5 minute walk with 2 very nice pubs which serve food , The owners were very welcoming, we had to apologise to them the following day as my wife unknowingly locked them out by putting the latch on the door got a wake up in the early hours but they were good sports and saw the funny side would highlyrecommend

We stayed just one night but excellent accommodation - very spacious - 2 rooms plus bathroom. More than enough for 2 people. The owners were very friendly. Bright and welcoming. Well appointed. All you need from a B&B.

What a great find! The Annexe is spotless and has everything you need for a short stay. Very spacious and plenty of food supplied for breakfast. Will definitely book again.
