Today I had a facial at Rectory House . KYRA greeted me - she was so warm and welcoming and put me at ease .
She showed me to the beauty treatment room which was warm, smelt beautiful , dim lighting and gentle music . She left me whilst I undressed and got onto the lovely toasty treatment couch under a towel and blanket. The facial wax incredible , 75 minutes of pure bliss - I didn’t want it to end . Included in this I also had my arms, shoulders and head massaged . The products they use smell divine and my skin is just ‘glowing’ . Cant recommend it highly enough . So relaxed and kind. A special mention to KYRA for the wonderful facial, massage and friendliness . 19/10

I went full of confidence and eager to receive a full body relaxing massage but it was the worst experience I have ever had. First of all, the room had a scary atmosphere rather than relaxing, I couldn't see anything, it was very dark. I don't know if I can say that I got a message... the back massage was partial, it didn't massage the neck, it didn't massage the shoulders, it didn't touch all the back muscles, the lumbar part didn't exist in the new full body relaxing massage technique, rather only the upper back, an elbow stuck between the shoulder blades, moving relatively well. The foot massage was done with one hand, or rather with a few fingers… the other was busy writing messages on the phone (which I could feel vibrating on the massage table, placed next to my feet), the soles were “massaged” with one finger rather in circular movements in the middle of the sole without even touching the fingers once or embracing the foot with both hands. It was more of a more pressing tickling. The hands… on the hands, she used the same technique, the pressing tickling in circular movements in the middle of the palms which honestly I would have done better at home. I am sorry that I have to leave such feedback, but I would not recommend this service to anyone.

I have visited rectory house twice for treatments. Both times the service has been great. The girls are all lovely & make you comfortable.
Rectory House is a lovely big old house, it’s more of a well-being hub than a salon. This makes me feel very chilled out. I will return again soon.

This was a gift voucher for me but did not disappoint. I struggled to find it and had to ring up for directions as not from the area. However had a warm welcome and the full body massage was wonderful with relaxing music and a heated couch. The therapist was lovely and I would definitely recommend this gem.

Laura and her team create the most amazing atmosphere which makes you feel so at home. The beauty treatments are amazing, great value and always to a high standard.
