Charming family run bed and breakfast in a peaceful location. We stayed for three nights using all three of their rooms and felt very safe and comfortable. The rooms are homely, well stocked and extremely clean. Karen made us very welcome and always greeted us at breakfast with a smile. I mention the breakfast last because that was the best part of her service- simply delicious. Would stay again.

I can highly recommend the accommodation at Redhouse Farm. We had a warm welcome with a home baked treat. The room was large and cosy with a fabulous bathroom. Breakfast was just amazing in quality and quantity! We hope to be back before long.'

Just back from a lovely couple of nights away again. A wonderful reset for modern day life. Karen and John are great hosts and the rooms are very comfortably appointed. The bed in the double room is so comfy,it’s a good job Karen’s breakfasts are so wonderful otherwise you may not leave it ! The room has all you could need and is lovely and spacious. As I’ve mentioned breakfast is a lovely affair, sitting in Karen’s dining room in the main house looking out of the window at the birds on the bird feeder, listening to gentle old time music, drinking tea from willow pattern cups and saucers, this is my idea of Heaven. This is what breakfast should be like and keeps us coming back to Redhouse farm ( as well as Karen and John themselves and a love of Lincolnshire! ) just total relaxation! |Lincoln is close and is a beautiful place, and there is so much else close to do and see.|We are already planning our next visit to Redhouse farm B&B in the spring.

Fabulous 3 night stay, lovely twin room, clean pretty bedding, warm welcome from the hosts. Breakfast so much choice perfectly cooked and such nice crockery. Very good value and easy access to Lincoln etc. Nice nature reserve nearby and also Doddington Hall worth a visit.

We enjoyed a return visit. it is a lovely quiet location and even though we were only there for an evening it felt longer because of the warm hospitality we received. The breakfast was delicious and Karen and her husband made us feel very welcome. The accommodation is excellent .and we would not hesitate to return.

Yet another lovely stay at this wonderful B&B. We are always looked after well by Karen and John especially with the excellent breakfast. This is an ideal base for visiting the area and in a quiet location with easy access to routes. Highly recommend.
