We managed to book Linda and Roley's lovely Manor Suite at short notice for Bestival due to a last minute cancellation. What can I say, we got super lucky. Redway Farm is an oasis of calm and set in the prettiest countryside setting with easy access to Newport, Cowes, Ryde and Fishbourne. It's all been said before, but every little detail was right to make this a properly memorable stay. What are you waiting for? Book it now. Can't wait to return, as we miss Linda, Roley and Harvey the dog already.

Just back from 3 nights at Redway Farm and just wish we had booked for longer! Linda welcomed us in her lovely farmhouse kitchen with tea and scrumptious lemon cake before showing us to the Garden Room. The room and the comfy bed were huge and we had fabulous views of the gorgeous garden where we were entertained by the antics of the red squirrels and the visiting woodpecker!||||Breakfast was superb - full English with sausages from the local farm shop and eggs from Linda's hens along with warm cooked plums straight from the Aga. Nothing was too much trouble for Linda and she recommended some lovely pubs for our evening meals.||||We can't wait to go back!

Linda and Roley are welcoming and genuinely care for their guests. The accommodation is of the highest cleanliness and we were greeted by the view of red squirrels from our window. The breakfast was delicious with eggs from the hens who wander around the beautiful gardens. The local pub, the White Lion was within a three minutes drive and is to be recommended.|Thank you for all your hard work Linda - you deserve this high rating.

We spent a few days in Red Way Farm with our 2 children and had a fabulous time. The house is lovely, surrounded by a green and peaceful area. Lots to do and explore for the kids, with animals to visit and little trucks to ride. They went to find eggs every morning with the lovely Linda. She's super kind, and makes amazingly good breakfasts! Highly recommended!

We only spent one night at Redway Farm in Manor Suite and it was perfect. Linda is very welcoming and everything was very high standard. You can enjoy a nice bath with some spa products and the breakfast is just incredible. As vegan, we always have limited options but we had granola with fresh red berries, some dried apricots/figs/cranberries/goji berries, fresh fruits and fruit juice, baked beans, mushrooms and tomatoes, and warm apples and toast. I list it all because it doesn't get much better than this! Well, it does, you can then have a walk in the garden and see birds, red squirrels and chickens walking around. JUST GO!

I found this place in Sawdays book and what a find! I am definitely going back. It is in such a stunning location, with a thoughtful hostess and I had a comfortable room with that view. Everything is done with the utmost taste and thoughtfulness; the beautifully equipped bathroom and large bedroom show imagination and care. The rare breed hens roaming the gardens and ponds stretching into the distance make a stunning view with the rolling hills beyond. Breakfast was a delight with everything fresh including stewed and fresh fruit. The hostess provides loads of interesting books and leaflets on the Isle of Wight and her manor house and farm.

You could not find a better place to stay, Linda & Roly being so warm & friendly are the perfect hosts with nothing too much, the garden room is a lovely bedroom with a huge double bed that is so comfortable. Be prepared for a scrumptious breakfast with fresh fruit, cooked plums & probably the best full English fry up you will ever have...!!! Redway is simply the best and would recommend it 150%

Just had an amazing weekend staying at Redway Farm, from start to finish the whole experience was special!||Period farmhouse with plenty of charm, large airy room with wonderful views overlooking the grounds and lake, huge bed with lovely white bed linen !||Linda made us feel very welcome and when we arrived were given a hot drink and a piece of cake before being shown our room which was a lovely gesture!||Breakfast in the dining room was fantastic and although the B&B having only two rooms,||each had their own table of a good size so no making small talk with strangers which suits me as not really a morning person!||Will be returning again asap!
