We booked Sherene and Helen for treatments as a part of a spa hen weekend in Rochester, and the whole experience was fabulous. They were so professional and they created such a relaxing spa atmosphere in the house. The massages themselves were absolutely excellent, and they added lovely touches to make things even more special for the bride and her mother. Can’t recommend these ladies enough!!!

I booked in with Sherene at the Chapter spa for a Swedish Massage. It was so relaxing! From the moment I walked in everyone was so lovely & welcoming. The massage rooms are absolutely lovely, I felt like I was in a London spa! It's very high end.
I would definitely recommend this place and sherene as the therapist, she's very professional & thorough with her work. Will definitely be going back.

I found Reflections online and originally booked a one-off massage but it’s now a monthly treat. Sherene tailors the massage to what you need (I’m a runner so might need deep tissue massage on my legs but a more relaxing head massage). She’s good value for money and comes to your home, which is perfect and saves me time. She is very friendly, professional, takes time to listen to you and is very caring. Will be booking her for the foreseeable future! Thank you Sherene!

At Thursday I decided to treat my partner with full body's massage for her birthday and I booked in with mobile service. Today 28/09 I prepared everything home to feel like in a 5 star spa (aroma candles,dimmed lighting,relaxing music)I just mention that my present for her will be at afternoon ...and therapist just didn't shows.After a call she stated that they were very busy,and she forgot about me.and If I want to re book it ?!?
