I have found the service to be exactly what I would have wanted. I was referred to the centre by my private medical insurance as I have a minor injury to my shoulder, probably caused by playing tennis regularly.

I was able to view practitioners' profiles and calendars to make an appointment using a clear website. I has happy to see that there was a specialist in shoulder injuries.

The consultation was very thorough and I was examined carefully and meticulously. I was also able to give feedback and so I was reassured that every aspect of my injury was investigated.

I have been given very specific stretching exercises to follow between appointments and I have already seen steady progress in rehabilitation. I was taken through the exercises in their gym and this was followed up with an app so I could review the form required before sessions at home.

Friendly and helpful receptionist. My assessment was thorough and I felt listened too. Followed by some exercises which have worked wonders. I went back for a follow up appointment and had some new exercises. Josh is knowledgeable, friendly and approachable and I would highly recommend.

Brilliant place where the staff are experts in what they do. After a group intro session, I've done a few great PT sessions with Tyler. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Reflex 18 to anyone looking to better themselves physically (injury recovery or strengthening).

I got sent to Relflex 18 through the Oaks Hospital to aid in relieving some neck pain and back. I was assigned to Al who from minute one was extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Al was very honest and fair in his assessments helping me to understand what I was feeling and what I could do about it. During our sessions together Al helped me relieve my pain through various exercises, advice and massages. Throughout the process I got to know Al and we bonded over some great chats. I will 100% be recommending Reflex 18 and Al to whoever will hear it! And if I ever need a physio again (fingers crossed I won’t!) this will be the first place I look to.

This was my first experience of consulting a Physiotherapist having been recommended by another Physio Professional. James P was thorough in his assessment of my back and leg pain, confirming a diagnosis of Sciatica. In addition to the hands-on therapy, he recommended rehab exercises to work alongside the nerve pain medications prescribed by my GP. James explained everything clearly, answering any questions I had. I would not hesitate in recommending Reflex-18 in the future.

For me Reflex-18 is an automatic go to point when I need the right treatment for issues like back strains, knee pain and plantar fasciitis. Everyone I’ve met at Reflex-18 has been very professional and friendly and have always set me up with physio plans that help me to recover quickly. I like the fact that they have specialists in a wide variety of different areas which means you can always find the right person no matter what the problem is. The fee rates are very competitive too.

I was referred to James by a specialist late last year after overtraining lead to a nasty hip injury. I am a keen runner but the injury meant I had not been physically able to Run for 9 months as it rendered me immobile the next day.

Team at Reflex-18 have been great. In January this year I was finally able to lightly jog for 5 minutes and we have built it up with exercise and strengthening.

Honestly, my body feels stronger than before the injury. I have just set a PB in Hyrox Pro division and with the injury I was targeting just getting around. I am running faster than ever and confident that I can train harder and improve.
