This was my first stay since the change in hotel management, and I must say it's been a great transformation! The staff were welcoming, friendly, and efficient, and the whole place seemed more inviting. My room was clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything one might need. Will definitely stay here again to experience even more changes they are making!

I've been coming to this hotel for quite a long period, but really, this new management took it up another notch. The rooms have been renovated, they look fresh and modern in their outlook. Clearly, paying attention to minute details is not forgotten when considering guests' comfort. Friendly and very helpful personnel wants everything just about perfect. Really recommend staying here now - keeps getting better and better!

I had such a great time staying here. It's definitely noticeable that the new management puts in extra effort: super friendly and approachable staff, spotless and modern rooms. Of course, there have been some positive changes in this hotel, and you could tell. Next time I am in the area, I look forward to my next visit.

I didn't like the room at first, so they changed my room according to my comfort and staff is so friendly to students. If we have any problems, they'll try they're best to sort it and gives us a good stay. I hope it's helpful. I suggest you to pay them directly Rather than paying in online sites. It'll cost less when you pay them in direct.

Changes in this hotel are just incredible, from the way the new management took over. Beautifully renovated hotel, now offering top services. My room was comfortable, well-kept, and actually very focused on guest satisfaction. Glad I gave it another shot, and for sure I'll be back!

The regency hotel under new management is like a whole new place. The staff and management are excellent the whole hotel smells eccentric and is kept extremely clean. The rooms have improved significantly have little to no issues. Would highly recommend quick efficient and great experience.

Came here a few years back and wasn’t necessarily impressed. however I was in the city the other day I heard they had new ownership and decided to check it out and give it another go and wow was I impressed. the new reception is extremely cozy which in turn makes the hotel more inviting. Rooms were up to perfect condition and the staff were everything you could ask for when staying at a hotel. They help and assist you in any way they can and are extremely friendly which is a massive turn around from the last time I came. Like I mentioned I was extremely impressed and will be coming back again whenever I am in town, would also reccomend to anyone who needs a place to stay for a few nights as it’s also close to city centra and food spots which is a huge must.

No complaints staff were dressed excellently and spoke in a professional manner and were very welcome , the hotel smelled amazing and I couldn’t complain about the room great value for money. In addition the new hotel reception was amazing great area to sit and have a break
