Location and staff were good. The room had no sound proofing and it was extremely disturbing to sleep because the adjoining rooms were very noisy. In the summer months, for the price, I expect a complimentary bottle of water. Our room was not made up after our first night. The shower in the bath was difficult to access in the room in use. For the price, I expected a room safe. The stand alone fan ceased to work on the first night and it was unsafe to open the window while sleeping because there was no window opening security measure and it opened on to a flat roof easily accessible to unwanted visitors.

We recently held a 50th birthday party at the Reigate Manor Hotel. Every aspect exceeded our expectations. From the first meeting with Holly, Marie and other members of the events team nothing was too much trouble. From taking us through the the Menus, table decorations and layout, matching our colour theme of the night. The food and service was excellent. Thank you to Laura of Lollipop Balloons for decorating the rooms and making it all extra special. Thanks also to Jeanette's Great cakes for the magnificent Tiffany themed 3 tier cake it was delicious. Mikey the DJ/singer got everyone up and dancing the whole night through. We can't fault the service, friendliness and attention to detail and would have no hesitation in recommending this as a perfect venue for either a large or small party or other special occasion.

Went with friends and family to see the lottery murder mystery, and as a bonus it was on my actual birthday, so that was nice. |We did the overnight package as we don't get together that often (although we were there for valentines, which was great). The show was funny, and the actors were very engaging. The DJ after the show really finished off a great night. The dinner was fine, although I would have preferred potatoes instead of noodles with my salmon. Breakfast was lovley, lot's of choice. |The hotel is clean and the staff are very friendly. Highly recommend for a get-together that won't break the bank. |Definitely will be going back at some point in the future.

The hotel and staff are friendly and attentive. The hotel looks stately on the outside and I assume at one time it was. The rooms are comfortable and clean. We had an issue with the bathroom toilet not flushing. We brought this to the attention of the staff and management three times and each time we were told that it would be fixed but it never was. This could have been because the maintenance staff thought they had addressed the problem but did not bother to test it afterwards. Or it could be that there is a persistent problem with plumbing in an old hotel - I suspect the latter as I experienced the very same issue the last time I stayed here. I think perhaps a little honesty about the issue should have been forthcoming. Otherwise, I was satisfied with my experience here. If the hotel addresses the issue I raised, it would be a perfectly fine place to stay.

Stayed here whilst walking the North Downs Way. Although a little way from the track, this was a very comfortable and clean place to stay. We decided to use their restaurant when they had two large parties also being catered for, however they looked after us very well albeit they were VERY busy.

I have just returned from this hotel, having spent three days in it conducting business workshops. I was really impressed and would definitely recommend the place. The staff were absolutely wonderful. Nothing was too much trouble and everything we had asked for was dealt with with great efficiency. I was sorry to leave the hotel. My bedroom was also excellent - plenty large enough and light with all you needed for a short stay. Well done Reigate Manor. You know how to look after your business guests.

The Bar served flat soft drinks, the Salmon sandwiches were from tins & very dry,,,||The staff were nice but they have clear problems with there suppliers...good venue if you don't eat or drink....
