contacted on Instagram and arranged for a session on Monday just gone. it was agreed last week for 7pm and i also paid a deposit of £30 to confirm the slot. monday came and he messgaed me in the morning when i was work to see if i was still ok for the appointment. As i was at work, i could not reply and got around to it at 5 when i got home. was told that because i didnt reply he booked somone else in. I said of course it is confirmed as we have the messages to show its confirmed and also i paid a deposit. Then went on to ignore my messages for over 4 hours. finally came back to me and said that it was a misunderstanding to which i said there was not as it is all clear in the messages. I said i was not really happy about this situation then, but i then i still tried to arrange another appointment. he then decided to ignore my messages for a further 24 hours and not even try to rectify the situation at all. after sending a few more messages to him with no reply, i asked for my deposit back stating to him that I felt that he was not bothered about my business and he has ignored me. He did not even acknowledge the comments i made and just replied back with 'returned deposit' with a thumbs up sign. Found that very rude and unprofessional. its a shame really as i had been recommended his service by two of his regular customers for the sever issues that i have. top it all off, he posted on his social media at the time i was meant to have my appointment with whom he cancelled me for... makes sense why he did what he did and that's very disappointing. Terrible communication and terrible service

Great sports massage. Professional, highly qualified & very informative. Had booked my first and not the last session. Firstly sat down & went through the issues i have been having. During the massage Vimal was talking through the areas he is massaging and explaining what he is going to do and why. This was not just a massage but an educational lesson for myself too. After the session he spoke about certain home exercises to help with any future issues.

Would highly recommend Vimal. Five star service all round and Thank you once again!

I booked in with Vim for the mot package. First impression he was friendly and made me feel very welcome. He spent time on the consultation and I felt completely comfortable. He was very professional and explained everything in detail. Vim is very competent and I would highly recommend him. The massage was amazing and had helped me so much. Went to R&R quite sceptical as I've been to many sports massage therapists over the years and they all have their own particular style of application and strength.

Before we began, Vim asked me a series of questions to get an understanding of how he could best treat me and to guide me on how I may be able to stop this further damage in the future.

I had taken the full body Mot and I can honestly say it was the best session I've ever had. No stone was left unturned! From the top of my neck to my toes, front and back, each muscle was firmly massaged often causing a release within the tissue. It's a tough session to get through but the results speak for themselves. I have the age old shoulder injury that every man and his dog has and for the last two years it's completely affected my training to the point where I've had to completely change my training style to suit. I told Vim and he targeted it in our session. The following week I had the best chest and shoulder session i'd had for a long time and it was incredible to not only feel but to actually see the results in the gym.

The stretching session to finish was something I've never experienced and it compliments the session greatly. There were stretches I've not seen before which targeted some great results for me personally too.

The customer service was amazing. Details before for prep like food and drinking etc, once I got there explained how the therapy works and also asked if I had pains or aches anywhere to target that area. the office is in a very nice location and the set up of the treatment room is very professional. Vim was my therapist and really professional. Process lasted about just under 2 hours Vim kept me up to date through out the process. Hijama cupping isn’t painful so do not assume it will be. Depending on personal situations pain would be different however after the session I felt very much energetic and body felt very relaxed. Would definitely recommend and go back.
